Location is good
Bad and carpet is very poor quality and the old…. Bathroom doesn’t have enough shampoo or shop???? Air conditioning system is old and noisy???? Overall not good at 1 nights is $ 224 usd??????? I am not happy!

Rooms were entirely too small, never any parking available, and the bathroom needs updating. Handle to turn water off /on was broken & fell off on my foot as I was turning it on....

The location of the hotel is great if you are flying in or out of LaGuardia. There is a shuttle that is convenient to take. The bed was comfortable.
The staff member was incredibly unfriendly and snapped at me for tapping my card instead of inserting it. No breakfast was provided even though it said it would be. The room smelled a little moldy.

The bed was comfortable, the water hot and the room was clean.
Near the airport. There are a few cheap eateries around. The staff were friendly and the airport shuttle was free.
We rang from the airport to ask for the shuttle bus but no one answered the phone so we walked it’s about 20 minutes and reasonable easy so not such a drama just a bit of an annoyance.
It’s noisy due to the planes so take earplugs. The breakfast was not worth eating.
The hotel is in a bit of a no man’s land and so it’s a bit of a pain to get into the city but it’s very convenient to the airport

It was a bit noisy because of the plane, but because I was too tired, I could sleep. I wouldn't choose it because of an early flight the next day
I think the towel hasn't been washed, it's just folded by the previous user. i paid 286 dollars for 1 night, the room is small, there is no place to hang clothes and the breakfast is 1 paper packet of sweets. really not worth the money

The only thing I liked was free shuttle to the airport.
The WIFI was not working, just one personeel at reception, had to wait several times to talk to them, hotel felt dirty, my room was in underground level.

The shuttle was on point and got dropped off at LaGuardia on time. My flight was early and this was the only hotel that had a shuttle at 4:30 am. Trust me I looked at so many hotels and plus it was FREE. My hotel room was big with a lot of pillows and bed was cleaned.

Room clean and comfortable bed. Breakfast room next door w ice and hot water for tea available 24/7. Nice! Shuttle was available w a call to bring us here when we arrived at LaGuardia which was helpful.
Room was pretty small but adequate. We had to leave 4 AM for JFK so missed breakfast opportunity.

It smelled clean. Close to the airport. Staff was nice. Room looked clean. Place smelled clean. Easy access.
The photos did the place a lot more justice. The rooms looked much bigger. The bed was uncomfortable and it just wasn’t what I thought we were getting. The location was close to the airport, which we needed, but I wouldn’t stay again. Definitely more of a one night stay place.

One step above a rat trap. The location is awful (although near airport, which is why anyone would stay) and you can hear planes taking off overhead. Only reason we stayed was because we were only there to sleep for 6 hours or we would have left. The cleaner they are using to try to cover up the fact that it had been a smoking hotel at some point in the past was overwhelming. We made sure to check for bed bugs, thankfully none.
Don’t bother, spend more money and stay somewhere else.

Grab and Go breakfast was none existent - only coffee, juice etc.
Also we were waiting for our ride in the breakfast area and were told we could not stay there and turned the lights out on us.
we ended up going across the street to Dunkin Donuts.
Also when I called for the shuttle from the airport they did not answer - I had to call back. And I had previously noted our late arrival when I booked and was sent a confirmation email.

Breakfast is just coffee and juice and shuttle service, though reliable, is very limited. No service after noon is ridiculous.

It was close and convenient to the airport, and the shuttle was reliable. The bed was super comfortable and the front staff was friendly.
Overall, I think it was a fine place, what one would expect from a 7 out of 10 hotel. The room was clean but overall, it gave motel vibes and I don't think it was work $170 for one night- even if we were a short shuttle from the airport.

It's really close to the airport, and the shuttle to airport was really convenient. Also the staff named Mohammed was so nice, he helped me with various things. It might be the best option if you need to go to the airport early in the morning.
