Nothing I would not recommend. I got told nothing when I rented the room. Wasn’t told about a breakfast wasn’t told where to park wasn’t told where to go. Nothing I didn’t get any documentation a receipt nothing

Nothing had to change rooms twice, in both rooms the bathrooms were disgusting., and both rooms had everything broken, especially the front door locks. In the first room, the air conditioner didn’t work, the front door top lock was broken, the bathroom sink was shattered and tape the back up. The pillars were small as you can imagine it was just not a nice time, and for some reason the rugs were damp, and the Wi-Fi did not work at all. It went in and out, so it wasn’t reliable. so they changed to another room, heat did not work no hot water had to get up to turn TV on to get remote to work had two TVs in the room one didn’t work wall had dents in it, the front door top lock in this room was also broken. After we were in the first room, I asked for a refund and I was denied many times, they had a maintenance guy come and change the box, but did nothing about the other stuff. I would not recommend.

Absolutely nothing! Worst stay of my life! Only stayed 1 nite of 2 because of conditions!

Very Nasty, No heat, TV 30 years old and broken! Bathroom disgusting! Smoke detector broken and in dresser. Smelled like smoke, no toiletries, linens nasty, holes in walls, staff very unprofessional. Will never stay there again!

The llace was very dirty , no heat , and the bathroom and towels were dirty I would like a refund

Nothing at all. The cleaners don’t even clean those rooms nor change sheets. Laundry unit doesn’t work at all. Very shady

The amount of mice in my room. Me and my children are now sneezing, coughing, watery eyes due to our allergies of rodents. Also very high traffic of other activities during the weekend such as prostitution and drug activity. I do not recommend. When I let the front desk know about the mice she told me I had to check out. There was peep holes in the bathroom walls. Wires hanging from the ceiling. Floors dirty mice climbing up the lamp wires during the day to get to my bag of chips. Seems like they been here a very long time. Bathroom was never cleaned very dirty. The dirt is making me and my children sneeze. I asked the front desk for a mouse trap she supplied me with ONE trap for a whole family of mice. There's a hole in the wall to the carpet clearly I can see where they are coming from. The front desk customer service lady didn't seem surprised was complaining and stated everyone has mice. I asked for my money back of discount due to the large amount of mice and she gave me 15$ off after i paid Over $1000 . Never again
