Room was spacious. Clean. Comfortable.

The problem was resolved by Maintenance and Management in a timely and effective manner. However, I was given a room with an electrical problem that I wasnt made aware of. This impacted my ability to work by not having ample outlets. Maintainence was called and came to explain the issue. We managed to manipulate the outlet to work satisfactorily, but it was an inconvenience and should have been communicated and/or compensated upfront.

This place is a nice place to stay at.

What did I like? Nothing. There is literally NOTHING nice to say about this rat-trap.

Treat this like advice from yoru most trusted friend : DO NOT STAY HERE IT IS BEYOND AWFUL AND YOU WILL REGRET IT. Walking up the stairs to our room and there were CHICKEN BONES tucked into the handrail spaces. They weren't fresh, so someone responsible for cleaning this place had to have walked by them, yet, there they were. That was our first hint that this was a trainwreck. When we arrived the sleeper sofa couch was covered with a blanket. I removed the blanket and the seat and back cushions were shredded. They were this horrible cheap gray plastic that was peeling off in pieces that could be measured in feet, not inches. To disguise this "ready for the landfill" couch, the management had covered it with a blanket. And the blanket? It was sporting some really interesting “biological” stains. So, the couch was out - which left one chair for sitting on, and the two chairs (not four) from the kitchen table. The walls and one door of our room had several holes - the wall holes were small, the door looked like someone had kicked it in. The five foot bathroom area mirror was falling out of the top of the frame holding it up on the wall. The first glass I tried to use had an half an inch long chip onthe lip of the glass. The bathroom tile had two areas where sharp pieces of grout were broken and sticking up from the floor resulting in a foot injury. The tub had no floor grip material or grab bars, so showers were dangerous. An extra bonus - on our second night there were over 40 men in the room below having a party. Inside and outside the room, drinking, smoking cigars, loud music - having a great time. I guess I could have called the office to ask them to quiet the party down, but there was no phone in the room or # to call for service. All, this was a horror show - and one that for two nights they (over charged) my card $433. (NOT what was the booking.com agreed price.)

I used to come to Sonesta a lot ! but as time has passed you guys are more And more expensive but the same way the prices keep going up it’s the same way the hotel falling apart. sheets be dirty, the floors are stained EVERYWHERE it looks disgusting and dirty. furniture is ripped or dirty is just not worth staying anymore.

The staff were really nice and accomodating. Checking in and out of the place was swift. It was also convenient to have free onsite parking.

The rooms were older, and that wouldnt have been a problem had they been clean. There were cobwebs in the corners of both bedrooms and the living room, while the carpet had red stains. The property was not well lit at night.

Beautiful indoors and out! Full kitchen. I made a Thanksgiving turkey! Dog friendly. Large 2bedrm suite. Very comfortable. Clean, bright white towels and very comfortable bedding. Cured my back pain. I want the bed at my house. The cleanest showers I’ve ever seen anywhere in my life!Free daily breakfast! Basketball court and pool. Deers outside galore! Beautiful, safe, clean. All the staff is wonderful and hospitable!

No daily house keeping. Heater system blows cold air after hot air to regulate temperature and we were cold. That’s the way it functions they said. Hotel maintenance brought us a space heater to plug in. That helped. We didn’t bother to use the thermostat after that!

The suite I stayed in this time was smaller, the rug was dirty with spots, the oven still had burnt pepperonis in it.

we had no heat the 1st night. I had to use the stove and for heat. the 2nd and 3rd nights they gave us radiator heaters. there was no parking close to our room. I had to park in the tall building next door. smh
