The comfort of the bed. The bathroom was fully stocked with towels needed for 2 days instead of me hunting down a property worker. Peaceful, able to focus on work. I arrived at the location early and was able to check in earlier as requested for $25 fee. However, was not informed of the fee until I arrived.

Needs an elevator at each end of the building. I was last in room 402- 4th floor at the end of the hall which is a stretch of building. I could have parked at the stairs. However, I'm handicapped so I would not have made it up the stairs. I had to park by the front door and walk to the end of the building after getting off the only elevator to the top floor.

Clean room. Hallways smelled

No power. Was told was not their fault so was given a flashlight and had to live with it

I did like the gym area, the bathroom set up, and the bed was rather refreshing.

The moment I arrived a new staff member told me the other property up the road was much nicer for the same price. This filled me with doubt, I felt invalidated, and I nearly cancelled reservation after seeing the other property online. Also I was almost charged a extra $376($476total) again while the front desk person was collecting the deposit. One morning one of the staff members was not trained enough to help me with extending my reservation when I wanted to . Ultimately I decided not to extend a couple hours later. The room smelled like mildew upon first arriving(Luckily I had some essential oils that I used that made the smell more bearable) . Some of the towels had questionable stains on them. The elevator was shut down one day, and we had to carry our stuff all the way to the the top floor. There was no bell-carts available to take our belongings down when checking out(even with our late checkout time).

The bed was comfortable. The kitchen was adequately supplied.

Breakfast was not provided (other chains at this price point typically do). Our room smelled like dog and the carpet has a few stains/character in it. The hotel policy appears to be a hard no on allowing you to stay or enter early (even just 1 hour) without paying the $15 hourly fee - we found that annoying, as no other hotel has charged us in the past 20 years. Maybe we should stick w/ Bonvoy.
