The location was great.
The air conditioner barely worked in one room and the other froze everyone.

I liked the room and the bed was comfortable, I liked the pillows. Staff was pleasant…very clean and comfortable overall.

The location was great, off Main St. The water pressure in shower was great. The bedding was comfortable.
There was a "dated" smell that came off the carpets. We slept on 1st floor, and we heard all the cars passing by/parking, doors closing, people right outside the window talking. Our room was right off the sidewalk.

Perfect location to fly in & out using shuttle service. Ricardo was so very nice. Good breakfast, clean facility.

Great location, near the aiport - Dallas was our connection and we got delayed until the next morning. Having a free airport shuttle was great, too.

Stayed overnight for an early morning flight. Very friendly staff, left too early in the morning to be able to utilize the shuttle service to DFW or to enjoy a breakfast... But, the staff did offer to have a little something prepared for me for breakfast if needed and that was an excellent offer even if I did not take advantage of the offer!

Didn’t stay for breakfast. Checked out after 1st night due to roaches in room and very uncomfortable room.
Tiny room. No desk. No carpet on floor. Tiny bed and was uncomfortable. Woke up in middle of the night and roaches were crawling around all over the room. Room had a strong bleach smell upon entry. Linens were awful, holes in wash clothes.

the receptionist who checked me in was not helpful at all. she was rude when i called to ask her sth and when i asked her to book airport shuttle and she said she would but it was not booked

Would be nice to have dark drapes to close especially when next to a big parking lot where the lights stays on all night. Housekeeping came over an hour early and knocked on the door

The staff was extremely friendly. The bed was comfortable and the room was overall pleasant. The breakfast was nice and had good options.
Our room didn't have curtains just sheers and the building right outside our window had a very bright light shining in to our room all night.

Bed was terrible and the service bad.
We will never go back we left a night early because the bed was so bad. In which I prepaid for 2 nights and they would not give me my money back for the second night.
