The location is quiet and convenient. The room layout is comfortable and practical.

We stayed here regularly when it was still a Staybridge Suites property. Sad to say it has suffered under its current brand. Simple upkeep and cleanliness issues abound, i.e., stained carpet and furniture in the room and trash in the hallways and parking lot. Breakfast is now a spartan affair, a far cry from before. The evening wine and cheese hour? Gone. Worse still, the management seems more focused on nickel-and-diming customers than gaining their good will and loyalty. We arrived at 3 p.m. to check in and were told that check-in now begins at 4:00. They would, however, be happy to check us in early for an additional charge of $15. Some welcome! Needless to say, this hotel has been struck from our list. A shame, because it used to be a favorite.

the location for our trip was perfect, the breakfast was delicious and everyone we met working there was very friendly and accommodating. local area restaurants are fantastic.

there was no dish tab or dish soap in the suite to do the dishes we had to ask for it. but it was just a minor inconvenience.

The staff was friendly and very accommodating.

Quiet and nice place, with a good location near several shopping areas and restaurants. It felt safe and secure. The parking has no additional fee, and Sonesta offers a good breakfast. All the people working at the hotel, restaurant, and in room service were very nice and polite. The place also offers brochures of different activities that can be done in the county and surrounding areas. The room temperature is good, and the kitchen has all the stuff needed to prepare some meals there. The Wi-Fi is also very reliable and stable.

The TV could have been more modern and could have included a cast device.

Quiet neighborhood, ample parking, and the room was fantastic. Nice sized room, 2 br, 2 ba, separate living room and kitchen area. And the price was great, I actually canceled my other reservation to book here because it was $400 less and much bigger with better amenities

The only thing that I didn't like was the supplies available in the kitchen, they were very limited and very worn out
