Very average hotel with below average staff -

Breakfast was very bad not warm no taste coffee was very cold dishes was very dirty and service was very bad never recommend to any body very disappointing

Carpet needs to change very filthy and need a new wallpaper all of it very disappointing very expensive

The staff was amazing and the view of the lake from our room was amazing

The rooms are old and have a bad smell. The children's pool is closed, only adults can access the working pools (we came with 2 children). The restaurant is only open in the morning until 1 and in the evening after 5. Room service is not available. (Our kids are 1.5 and 3) There is no playroom or playground on the territory of the hotel - there is absolutely nothing to do with children there (except to sit in the room). Therefore, we preferred to leave, having lost some of the money. The hotel promised to return the rest of the amount, but instead they wrote off another 290 dollars. The hotel still hasn't confirmed the booking com refund the money!!!

pet policy. dogs are not allowed to bark. they have to become mute. I never left my dogs alone in the room, but when someone knocked the door to deliver food or towels or when someone slam the door the dogs can’t bark, otherwise the neighbor next door complaint and then the staff call you on the morning without checking or any proof and say: “if your dog continue barking we will take you guys out of the hotel.” AMAZING !!!!!!!

no reason this place should be open in the off season. Maintenance going on, no staff, place wasn’t even fully open, bars on property were closed. was a waste of money. never going there again.

Beautiful location, deer and a peacock ran freely around the resort and that was pretty cool. Not too far from Austin, about 40-55 min depending on traffic.

The first room had a great view of the lake but the floor was super dirty and the ceiling had stains in the ceiling. so they gave us another room. they also upgraded us to a room with a nice balcony and view.

Surprisingly quiet & comfortable. The pool was the best part. If we had not visited the pool, we’d have been disappointed. The view from the pool area & from the Back Porch are just beautiful. The wondering peacock was gorgeous! And there were deer.

It’s declining. The elevator gave us a scare a few times. Overall too expensive. No point in booking a room without a lake view - we looked over the parking lot.

I didn’t like that I spent $200 extra dollars to go to a luxury resort instead of a regular hotel only to find the property amenities to not be active or available.

The bed had in indentation and was uncomfortable which caused back pain. The restaurant staff on our second visit was horrible. They complained the whole time so got up and walked away. There were (2) tables seated and us at the bar and the bartender complained. Items were stolen while at the pool. This location has really gone down hill. Been going to the resort for 10 years now and it may be our last time.
