Carpet in the room was damp, smelled like air freshener to cover up cigarette smoke. Lock was shaky.

They charged my card for smoking and I never smoked in the room. It was the worst trip ever.
They charged card and said I smoke in the room. Lied about it and never returned my money.

Accessible by boat.
Cleanliness. There was a wad of human hair on the bathroom floor. There were specks of something in the sheets. Room overall didn’t feel clean. After turning on tv it said no signal. Called front desk person who said push any channel - that worked. Asked if there was a channel guide in the room; no, they recently changed providers and I’d have to step through the channels.

1. Found spots of blood on the blanket.
2. Asked to exchange, waited and waited. Almost 2hours passed, no blanket. I went down to change room. I killed 3 bugs, 2 were small 1 was very large.
