Clean and comfortable beds…good location

I hated that the parking was not convenient and I had to walk around the block to get into the hotel. I was wearing heels and had blisters and wanted to die. was brutal.

The breakfast was good. It was convenient to the purpose I came to Ogden for. I really appreciated the grab and go breakfast the hotel provided for the runners of the Ogden Marathon.

Parking was not convenient. Couldn't get fridge to work. Definitely older building. Bathroom needed an exhaust fan, very steamy. Room was a little crowded.

the first night they had pink lemonade we wanted some the next day but there was none. that was such a nice touch. having the little snack store was the best!

Toiletries good. Cold bath floor-nice if had a rug & not just towel mat. Kitchenette nice, but could have used at least plastic ware available.

Breakfast did not meet expectations. Bananas were very overripe. No other fruit & no yogurt. Hours of 6-10a or 7-10a would have been better for us. No pastries-just bagels, biscuits (the best part), & bread. Did have waffles (which we don't eat) & cereal-ok. Loading/unloading area odd (loading zone). Very slushy at ck-out; I had to step in slush ankle deep to get in car. Parking VERY inconvenient, but explained well. Cosmetic damage in bath, room curtains didn't close easily.

The hotel was beautiful and the location was perfect for our trip. There are lots of shops and restaurants near by and we loved walking around downtown. Breakfast had a big variety of items and everything was pretty tasty.

The paint was peeling in places in our bathroom, but it’s an old building so some things can be understandable.

The beds were very comfortable. Bathroom was spacious.

the “gym” was a disaster; creepy. It only had one elliptical. That was the only equipment usable in the place. drinking fountain didn’t work. very different than pictures online. The window in the hotel room looked out to another wall of rooms and some scaffolding. The pictures online are very deceiving.

The location.

The parking is in a different facility. There is no direct access to the hotel. It's a public parking and you have to ask every day for a pass. The restroom was dirty. I asked them to clean it and they didn't. They gave me towels. And the coffee is bad. I should have taken pictures, but who wants those memories....

Charming historic property in a great location.

Customer service was outstanding! Room was very comfortable. Breakfast was so-so; could have been better (the eggs).

The rooms are kind of small, but the location was amazing

A very attractive hotel in a good central location. Every member of front desk staff we met were welcoming, efficient and kind. The room and bathroom were also stylish.

For such a smart and pleasant hotel I was very disappointed with the breakfast. TV dominating an unattractive dining area. Nothing approaching healthy breakfast cereal or decent bread. Watery porridge. No hot food other than do it yourself waffles. The hotel aspires to high standards and should achieve them. The breakfast lets them down.

Property is centrally located. it is clean and the staff is always very courteous.

The room was a little cold. The bathroom was really cold. Hard to get hot water in the sink. Wallpaper on bathroom coming off.
