That I could take my pets. I have never been able too, so this was new. Others had pets and were kind. Nice clean room. That they helped us get a downstairs room.

Outside didn’t look to clean. Hard to understand man at front desk. Cleaning man came in at 9 with no knock. We were up but not ready to leave yet. We asked for a handicap room for our wheelchair. But we got a room for hard of hearing. So the light flash for a fire. I don’t think they have ones for wheelchairs, but we did okay.

Can't have family members guess go to ur room at all. Plus the toilet and bathroom sink leaked water all over the floor

It took 5 days for 50 usd to return to our account we are a retired couple in our late sixties we are hardly going to trash a room. I'm sure that's pretty obvious on check in.

it was dirty, there were absolutely NO amenities including coffee in the mornings. House keeping staff was loud and unprofessional.

Bed sheets were stained. Thin bed cover. No fridge or microwave.

Cleaning folks were delightful

The security lock for outer doors were broken anyone was able to come in lots of traffic due to this. Bathroom no hot water shower drain cover was bent upwards caught foot on it. Cigarette smelling room. Room door did not have the security lock for the side it was broken off. No poop bags for dog poop pickup lots of poop everywhere.

Staff pleasant

Pillows are old and lumpy mattress are old and uneven/ lumpy Smelt of smoke bathroom smelt of urine. Bolt lock broken not able to lock. I clean the bathroom

The room smelled like smoke or just not clean. We opted not to stay. Very run down. Rough crowd hanging around outside smoking. Dog poop on grounds and in lobby.

I found bed bug crawling on me in the middle of the night
