Rien, nous sommes arrivés et l’hôtel n’a soi disant pas trouvé notre réservation, qui était payé déjà depuis 2 mois. Nous avons passé plus d’1h dans le hall à appelé le service client qui n’a pas trouvé de solution. Nous attendons maintenant d’être remboursé. Fuyez cet hôtel ils ont donné notre réservation à quelqu’un d’autre voilà tout, ils nous ont écrit 2 jours avant pour re confirmer notre arrivée, c’est de la mauvaise foi. Vraiment À FUIR, la dame au comptoir est INUTILE et nous n’avons pas pu parler au manager qui soi disant doit nous rembourser!!! C’est la 1ere fois que ça m’arrive, nous fuyons mtn les hôtels HILTON.

My sister and my mother had breakfast and they loved it. I had some waffles and a sandwich which was in my opinion the best breakfast sandwich I have had. The room was clean and so was the other areas of the facility including the pool and the parking lot.
The only thing I did not like was some guest down the hall where smoking some bud which is ok because I do too just not on private property and with children in the room. No harm done at all.

They had a bad blood on the first floor they moved us three rooms in less than 24 hours when they moved into the second floor they did not have cars to do to the homeless people stealing their car they overcharged as close to $4,000 and they've been sending that to different departments and refusing to refund our money higher an attorney in Indiana process hopefully not a lawsuit
The part that they overcharged us after we checked out 3 days later they put a hold on my husband's card or post 1,900 and they refuse to refund their money

My room was on the 3rd floor. I dealt with noisy people above me for hours every night and in the morning . There was a lot of banging noise and every morning someone would start their car up really loud. Also the shower head in my room dripped constantly no matter which way I turned it. Should of complained but I didn’t want to cause a scene But if I decide to stay there again I definitely will. If they would of asked me when I checked out how my stay was then I would of told the management then. Not really a bad place to stay. Just for the few things I experienced.

It was in the location we wanted. The man working the desk when we checked out was helpful and pleasant.
The lady working the desk when we checked in was not informative or pleasant. The carpets in room were dirty, bed super uncomfortable, toilet and shower were clogged and there was no light cover in bathroom ceiling light. No parking as there was construction, which was not disclosed at booking. The area where our room was also was in construction zone and not the cleanest.

The location was great, the staff were perfectly polite and helpful and friendly.
There was construction all day and we left a day early, since we couldn’t work or rest in our room. Had we known, we might have chosen a different hotel.

We have stayed here before. The rooms are nicely appointed, and location to the racetrack and restaurants is perfect.
Did not like getting notified the day before arrival that there would be construction going on. This of course, after the free cancellation deadline. Yes, I would have chosen another hotel. Having to park in the rear, makeshift broken ramps and no real accommodation for handicap. Access to breakfast and lobby were not ideal. If it hadn't been for the construction, I would have rated everything higher. Too bad, because normally it's awesome. Upgrading has to happen, but charging full price for inconvenience of parking and getting around in hotel, well, there should have been a discount.

the location was quiet and had good parking.
there was some construction work happening which we weren’t aware of. this resulted in a leak in one of our booked rooms. it was quickly resolved however would have been good to know in advance

Ocean at Hilton Garden Inn was exceptional, his service was professional and extremely helpful for the duration of our stay. He always greeted us with a smile and was ready to assist with great suggestions for food and entertainment ideas, since we weren’t familiar with the area. Truly a great experience.
The hotel is nice but could use some updates. Towards the end of our stay we were told they were beginning renovations for the whole hotel this month.
