Breakfast was okay, TV had great volume

AC in my room was awful, it kicked off and on and off and on blowing warm air than it would get cold, and than it wouldn’t come on all throughout the hours of 12:00 AM until we finally decided to give up & just start getting up for the day. It was miserable. After having an exhausting day where you’re soo tired but wake up sweating every 30-45 minutes it was completely an awful experience. Extremely Tired mama for Mother’s Day.

Reception service was friendly and professional. Hot breakfast buffet was very good. Saved about $50.00 for the three of us since we didn't have to go to a restaurant.

It was very close to Indian Wells and we were there to see the tennis. Breakfast was included.The staff were very pleasant and helpful.

The view from the room was overlooking a big collection of generators but we did have a view of the mountains!

Good location..nice very clean room and hotel areas. Short of staff possibly as young man who checked us in was on his own and it was busy.but he was very helpful.. professional and polite.

Only real down side was a huge power sub station out the back spoiling the beautiful view of the mountains..

I have to say that every employee I encountered here were very pleasant. Requested towels and got them immediately. The breakfast was suitable for the price!! I would definitely stay here again. Also, the premises were kept very clean which is very important.

The decorations in the hotel, especially for this area, seemed a little outdated. I was also disappointed that there wasn't a larger bathroom sink to work at in the morning. The one in the room was way too small. There needs to be more places for shade at the pool. There were no trees around pool area at all.
