Food was great. Loved swimming in pool and hot tub

My casita was far from the main area

Room was clean.

Television did not work. Air conditioning was very loud.

The pool drinks were terrible and expensive for basicly a slushy with little flavor or alcohol.

They charged me way to much money for literally everything. The charges were absolutely unacceptable and they just charged my card. I won’t be staying here again due to this.

Everything was clean! The room was roomy and the fully stocked coffee bar and waters were a plus.

The room smelled mossy at night while the air conditioner was running. Also several of the pools were cloudy and a bit dirty.

Well, I didn't know we had requested a handicap accessible room. The shower was not separate from the tub and there was no privacy as there is no door in the bathroom.

First night we arrived late and received room that wasn't to our liking or requests. Staff Fixed the next day.

The staff was friendly.

Very loud late night party next door to our room took an hour to stop after our complaints.

The outside is gorgeous. lovely gardens, plenty of pools and facilities for your trip. everything b was spotlessly clean and the staff were incredible.

I had to change room. The interiors are really dated and need to be updated. the first room I was given was really disappointing. it was dark, old fashioned and overlooked a fence and absolutely not worth the price. the hotel staff are the saving Grace here, they could not have been more accommodating in finding me another room. The second room was much nicer, brighter and better view but still outdated and a bit depressing and in my opinion not befitting of a 5 star hotel. I was glad not to be staying for a few days.

Our villa had a fully equipped kitchen with utensils.

Dirty and dusty furniture near the pool and the house, because of this, a feeling of neglect is created, there are no towels for the pool. In dining room menu was very poor and not tasty.
