The staff were fabulous. We booked a regular room for our mom but realized she would be better in a room with a walk i shower - handicap room - they were more than willing to accommodate our request.
this is a great location to get access to many areas we were looking to see.
The attached restaurant was great.
it is just an old property. they should renovate the rooms, rugs, roof, etc. there is a smell on the first floor that to me smells musty.

First floor requested.
Requested a room adjacent to pool. Arrived at 330 but didn't get the room requested. Made reservation a week ago!! Really wanted room w/slider to pool.
Also lost 3.50 in snack machine. Didn't get my M&M Peanuts!!

The location was nearby the event venue.
Breakfast is not included automatically with the purchase of the room. I had to purchase the breakfast package which only covered two out of the three adults who stayed in the same room. So, I purchased a third breakfast for $12.95+tax. Other hotels include free breakfast for all people who stayed in the room that was purchased. Next time I'll book a different hotel which includes breakfast with a purchase of a room. And, we couldn't adjust our room temperature. The heater/air conditioner was on but none of the buttons worked to change to temperature so it wasn't so warm.

The breakfast was pretty bad and the server could've been much more warm. Sprayed cleaner right next to us where we were eating. Omelet was undercooked, ham was raw, plastic like fake eggs. They told me they were out of milk.
The 1st room smelt terrible. They have me a new room but there was no microwave, the bathroom sink was clogged up, and the carpets felt mushy. It was gross to be honest. The outside reeked of sewage, my kids got these weird cuts on the bottom of all their toes from the pool (In not sure why).

The staff was very friendly. The location was in very close proximity to our venue.
The rooms are a bit dated but served the purpose for our travel needs.

rooms were modern and clean, loved the choice of firm or soft pillows that were labeled-so comfy. it was so quiet. it was nice not to hear any traffic
the breakfast was not great, we expected the option to order from the menu but there was only a continental ‘buffet’ and there were very few options. it was enough to put something in our stomach before we headed out but it was not a buffet
