Wish the pool were open. Bed was a little firm. Refrigerator a little bit erratic for getting the right temperature. Could use paper towels and/or Kleenex in room.

The rooms were clean. Beds were comfortable. Quality of the towels and wash clothes were very good- SO soft.

We were under the impression that the pool was open when we booked rooms. It wasn’t, which was a major problem with 3 young kids. It seems to me that a better time than the first week of August could have been chosen for renovation. We also never received any maid service the entire time. We had to empty our own trash and go to front desk to get towels daily! The staff was not overly friendly. Breakfast attendant was anxious for people to leave breakfast area. She made announcements, starting at 8:45, that breakfast would end at 9am. She closed and locked one side of the doors a few minutes before 9am in an apparent effort to discourage any stragglers from coming in. We used guest laundry facility. Apparently, the dryer is in disrepair because even after allowing an excessive amount of time, we could never get our clothes to dry. We will not stay here again.

This was super affordable for Rhode Island in the summer. All of the staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful.

There was an alarm going off from when we checked in on Sunday until Tuesday at the reception desk. we had a room close by on the first floor so we could hear it when we were in our room. The curtains in the room did not go the entire length of the window so the lights of the parking lot were in my eyes when I tried to sleep. The pool was closed.

The room was very dirty. The bathroom reeked of urine . The rug had many stains. Ac unit not cleaned! Curtains had stains! It was the worst hotel by far
