The only problem I had was early checking in. I know they are understaffed and just would have liked to know my room really wouldn't be ready till 3PM.

Temperature of breakfast food could have been hotter. Would like a radio or some other music available in the room as well as a clock in the room.

the only thing I didn’t like was when we checked out, the guy told me that there was $9.95 charge for parking in the parking lot?? he ended up taking it off because the guy that checked us in didn’t tell me about it but I was still confused as to why they would charge for parking in their parking lot when we are already paying for a room?? it doesn’t make sense to me.

The breakfast was OK. Chreamed chip beef gravy over biscuits, scrambled eggs, sausage, and the normal stuff. But it was a good hearty breakfast.

The TV didn't work in my room. I did not discover this until about 10pm. Plus, it was SuperBowl weekend, so the TV was important. The parking fee was ridiculous. They removed it because of the TV but it was also storming . I understand the parking fee if it is a sunny day at the beach, but with driving rain it is foolish.

Great location. Very friendly staff. Fresh water with sliced cucumber or sliced oranges.

We went to a New Year event at Bethany beach and stayed at the hotel for one night. Our room was big and very clean, two beds with very comfortable mattresses. The bathroom was also clean. The room design was very pleasant. We felt comfortable and relaxed. My only issue was the window that can not be open ( very annoying situation /a “ standard” in USA). There was a small refrigerator, a microwave and a plastic coffee machine in the room. (It would be nice if the coffee machine was not so cheap, We did not use it) All areas of the hotel were very clean. Nice decor in the lobby. There was a free breakfast but the hours for January 1st were not convenient ( from 6:30-9:30), so we did not have breakfast there and can not provide any commends. The location of the hotel was OK, close by car to the beach and not in the central noisy area. We paid $10 for the parking, which was kind of annoying, not the amount but the fact that you have to pay extra for the parking when you already had paid for the hotel. Also, after booking I received an email asking to sign a very strange document . It said that the hotel was not responsible for anything, even for stolen private properties. “ when you check in you are responsible for all your stay.”?!? There was a $150 damage deposit, And a $25 day cleaning fee if you ask for cleaning your room daily, recommended mask for unvaccinated ?!? , etc The document was really a very strange one!!!! I wish I had enough space to copy and paste it here. I ignored this email and had not being asked about it at the hotel. However, they asked me to sign a paper about the cleaning fee and not smoking at the hotel. It was fine with me and I signed it. But again, asking you to sign an additional paper…. So, ignoring the strange paperwork, the hotel is a very clean and well design beautiful place. The people at the reception were respectful and polite. We will definitely stay there again. I will recommend.
