Booking.com listed it as “pet friendly.” Upon arrival, AFTER 4:00 and past cancellation, we were told no pets. Eight hours of driving to now hear this! I registered a complaint to waive fee. Neither Booking.com nor BW in Witchita helped me resolve this matter. This is the second booking on our summer vacation where I was mislead by pet policy thanks to Booking.com. We are awaiting refund from another booking but do not have it as if this writing. I will say the front desk helped me find LaQuinta for the night.

I really enjoyed the space and the staff. I had an issue with bathroom and they were quick to get it fixed and make sure to always answer my questions.

I just had an incident with the bathroom sink overflowing but they fixed. I couldn’t use the sink the last evening. I used bathtub for morning routines.

Breakfast excellent. Very friendly staff.

The location was good.

The air conditioner was not as cold as it should have been. The front desk staff was rude and did not tell me anything about the hotel; for instance, what time breakfast was or even that the pool was closed. I overheard her do the same thing to other guests as well.

Toilet didn't work. Air conditioning didn't work. Bed uncomfortable. Tv was broken.

The room was nice and quiet . And the breakfast was very good .

The microwave was missing from the room and it smelled a little musty .
