The front desk and housekeepers were so great. Very helpful and patient. Good breakfast. The water slide was great fun.

The base of toilet could have been cleaner.

Room was a little small.

The hotel and room were very clean and the staff was positive and cheery. Everything went smoothly. The location is on the commercial strip so not a walkable, charming environment, but it was very convenient to restaurants and other destinations. It was quiet - set back from the road about a 100 yards.

Breakfast was adequate with the usual buffet for this pricepoint. Coffee wasn't good but there is a breakfast oriented restaurant next door.

We always love this hotel. great location. The waterslide for kids is amazing. When I needed to have a later check out in order to get my daughter all moved in to college, they were easy to work with for that. I also told the font desk we would not need housekeeping services, then we ended up needing the floor vacuumed, and trash taken out. When we asked the housekeeper, she was more than willing and she actually ended up cleaning the whole room. We did not expect this, and it was greatly appreciated that she was so accommodating for us!

I have stayed here before and the room was exceptional. This time the only bad thing I had to say is the air conditioning unit in the room made a constant rattling noise and it sounded as if it wasn't working properly. It took a good 24 hours for the room the reach a comfortable temp for us, but once it did it was nice and cool. It was room 220.

We loved everything about our stay. We loved the waterslide. The breakfast was great. Beds were comfy. Staff was amazing.

Only slight problems were the pullout couch was smaller than we expected. Luckily our girls were ages 8 and 6 so they fit fine, but bigger kids more than one wouldn't have fit. Also the pool area was VERY crowded (probably due to the awesome waterslide feature) and the pool temperature was definitely a little on the cool slide. But that didn't stop us from playing a ton in the pool anyways.

Fire alarm went off in the night, room was not ready at 4pm check in, breakfast food was put away before 8:45 am. Many families came down and did not get breakfast
