The cleanliness and size of the room.

There was a constant high pitch noise when using the shower. It woke everyone in the room. The sofa bed wasn’t very comfortable, you could feel springs.

Comfortable and clean

The elevator was broken and we arrived around 8 pm so it was late and we were on the 3rd floor. Turned out ok, but a little inconvenient.

The staff serving were very attentive and helpful. The food was good and there was a good selection.

The breakfast was excellent and we enjoyed the hot tub. The bed was comfy and sheets nice. The room seemed clean and the staff was very friendly.

We had s few problems with our room. The AC/Heater unit wouldn't stop blowing cook air even though it's freezing outside. They had us turn it on auto and cool which turned the fan off but the heater never kicked on so it was a bit cool. The shower never got as hot as I would have liked (I'm a female that loves taking hot showers 😉). The blackout curtains were a bit ripped and didn't shut all the way so there was light shining in our eyes in the morning.

Size of room.

All tho at a glance ok but husband stepped on a tacking nail that punctured his foot in room. The extra blanket in bag had hair in it. In all found if the housekeepers did the job right it would of been good. Plus they advertise about the new breakfast but they serve the same as everyone else. Decided that the room was free after the nail incident, but still waiting for the return of funds.

The personel is super friendly, kind and helping - Thank you so much for that! The cleanliness of the rooms is super.

The air-conditioners in the rooms are extremely loud and do not allow to be switched off (even if chosing the OFF-button at the control panel). We told the personal at the reception about it but they could not find a solution as well.
