I don't know what happen with my bill. I booked the hotel to stay a night at a price total of $181.10 but charge my credit card for $193.10. I called the hotel but nobody answer me and still hang out my call. I'm just confused. I think I need a explanation to me. Thank you.

Absolutely incredible staff, from customer service at front desk to housekeeping to breakfast service. Everyone was friendly, accommodating, helpful and absolutely invested in making our stay enjoyable. We felt very well taken care of.

Odd smell (chemical?) on the way to the pool.

The room we got was huge the beds/blankets/TV were like marshmallows nice indoor pool

Everything was pretty decent only complaint would be the elevator is pretty slow

Location, updated look

Could hear too many sounds from other rooms and hallway. House keeping came by before 830am. Took 2 employees to checkin. No complementary breakfast. Fridge was freezing food. Beds way too soft = woke up with sore neck and back.

Lovely clean beautiful room . Very spacious. Great layout. Every midrange Hotel need to look like this.

Most of the staff were super friendly. The breakfast was decent but you have to pay for it with your room (which we did). The size of the king suite was decent as well. We liked that the suits were at the very end of the hallway though so we had a corner room. The location of the hotel is also excellent.

The young lady who checked us in double charged us for our room even though she only told us that she needed the card for the refundable damage charge and we had already paid for the room in full upon booking. She also booked us into a room that had the outside hotel lights shining directly into our windows so even with the blackout curtains shut, it was still pretty bright in our room (she was aware we had a newborn/baby). The hallway leading to our room smelled bad almost every day with the last day of our stay smelling like weed and there was a visible milk/milk shake spill that was on the wall/floor that was never cleaned (was already there the day we checked in and was still there the day we checked out). The insulation/sound proofness to the room above us was subpar. While we couldn't hear them talking or the TV, every time they opened/closed a door we could clearly hear it and then every time they drug the chairs across the floor it sounded like they were using a drill. There were also stains on our floor and even though house keeping had been there the room still was dirty with trash and such scattered all over the floor. Housekeeping also never put a trash bag/liner back in the can when they emptied it. Our room card also demagnetized multiple times while we were there even though we kept the card away from anything that would interfere with the magnetic strip.

The floor of the shower had been repaired with tile grout but it wasn't done well. A sloppy job and the water did not drain well while showering but builded up on the shower floor covering my feet.

The location, and the check in time was later than others

The extra add on breakfast was not included in my room which was a high room and was told had to pay for breakfast which is stupid to me. The room keys wasn't working at first had to keep going down stairs for new ones. There was also a bad smell in the hallways.
