Didnt have enough towels. Had to keep resetting the cable box. Key card kept resetting. The tub fosset leaked. AC didn’t seem like it really want to cool the room.

Good staff...easy checkin. Good location. A pretty good facility in good overall condition with what I would term normal wear and tear.
The bathroom floor in our room had not been well cleaned...you should do the corners too, not just the middle. Not good to see a mixture of hair and dust balls. End of tub noticably stained or covered from soap buildup from obvious soap dispensers leakage....didn't attempt to ascertain which. Attention to detail in cleaning and some spot painting could have made this a better review and score.

The staff were very friendly and on top of any questions or concerns. Cynthia is a mainstay at the morning breakfast and makes everyone feel welcome.
The door to the room sometimes needed three swipes to engage the locking mechanism. The light would go green, but the handle was not able to pull the lock back.

The location was superb, easy to find, next door to Fresh Market. Room was clean and comfortable. The staff was attentive.
The linens were a little sparse in the room, when traveling with family could use plenty of towels, etc. without having to ask for them. Pillows were small and not the most comfy, but that was not a deterrent to returning next time we are in the area.

It’s location 23 minutes to Myrtle Beach Broadway! One hour 15 into Charleston without the Hight Cost !!

It is attractive and conveniently located right on US Route 17, but away from “motel row.”. It is close to restaurants and is in an area where there interests for visitors in town. it is 5 stars quiet and a great place to stay. It is less expensive than the Tourist Trap motels and in a better neighborhood.

The front office person was fantastic. Even though she had hurt her knee, she was cheerful, friendly and helpful. The beds and pillows were so comfortable. The breakfast was very good, especially the fresh waffles. Overall, their service was better than the four star hotel we stayed earlier in Charleston. Just a short drive to Pawley Island Beach.

I woke up and opened the curtains of my ground floor room, only to find out my window was slightly cracked, broken, and DID NOT LOCK. Cleanliness was also lacking. Staff was friendly.

The outside looked dark at night, like it was closed ir something. Alot of people travel for work, having breakfast at 6 Instead of 7 would be helpful

Breakfast time. You've gotta be careful with the scrambled eggs. We're not that good. Not the way we are used to from BW chain and the second day they tasted like they were going bad. You also need a bit more variety like yogurt or chocolate milk for kids. Just an opportunity for improvement. As for the rest everything was perfect. We'll definitely be back

it was a good stay. We had some problems with our air conditioner, but they put us in a new room. The breakfast was okay. Staff was friendly and helpful!
