The bed was comfy the staff was nice.

Bad sewer smell in the floor hallway, bad bathtub drainage and dirty,no towels available for pool because they all were dirty.The elevater for the side of the hotel we were on was broken. The main elevater was so slow people were taking the stairs carrying the luggage. All the walls were marked up, i think from the cleaning carts. Several room doors were gouged.

The staff was rude and never met our needs it wasn’t clean, the pool facility was horrible! And I will never stay there again I paid good money and I think we did not get our moneys worth!

Needs a major update. Sheets are stained, bathroom wasn’t completely clean, rusted metal, etc.

Very clean hotel. Very comfortable beds, and room. Glad to have the microwave and frig. Updated.

There was never enough staff at the front desk, esp. at night. Also, even during the day when there were 3 people behind the desk, they did not seem focused on the people in line checking in or having questions. We were not greeted as we came up to the desk. I'm in management and feel that there is a management issue on either how staff are hired or how trained. The one exception was a man on nights that was almost bald, thin. He was very kind but overwhelmed. At one point at night he had 12 people in line (at night) and had to leave the desk to get bedding for a new guest that did not have bedding for their pull out couch. That person also got a fan because the a/c was not working. She had to carry all that to her room by herself.

Beds were nice and room was clean. I feel a little outdated for price. Also long walk to my room from elevator.

Didn't receive free breakfast like I was told when I booked the hotel room.

Dirty bathroom, jacuzzi area full of children unsupervised in the jacuzzi with adults,desk staff in the morning very rude,not friendly and un helpful!

The location was perfect for Crocker Park.

Beds were uncomfortable, air conditioning didn’t work well, shower wouldn’t drain…

The front dest lady and security guard did a wonderful job keeping us safe and happy. They both handled things nicely.

The pool hours, wish it stayed open longer or opened earlier then 10am

Charles the desk clerk was not very friendly

Staff were very accommodating and understanding when it came to expectations of the room. Although we were moved to three different rooms because of stains on the sheets and broken washrooms the staff acknowledged, apologized and even compensated us for their lack of quality.

Used Band-Aids at the pool and food all over the floor. Rooms could have been cleaned properly by housekeeping as there was food and spray bottles left in the room. The fridge in the third room was so full of ice the door didn't close and the safe didn't work.

The air conditioner didn't work and the fire alarm went off at 6:30 am

The mattress was the worst I have ever tried to sleep on. We were laing I n the pillows and rolled bath towels trying to get comfortable. The frkn5 desk never answered from the room phone, kept stating the phones had to be reset.

No washcloths only two towels had to call the desk said they didn't have any washcloths but when the guy came with towels we asked and they didnt tell him so he found them. No hairdryer either and was told they couldn't find any. Less than 1/2 roll of toliet paper. Had to use kleenex. When checking out I mentioned to lady and she said I should have called about the toliet paper very nasty. She was rude period. I thought when I mentioned it that maybe the house would tell housekeeping instead she was rude.

The pool wasn't in service while we were there, which was a bummer. Didn't quite care for the kids running through halls, but that's not the hotels fault. More parents that can't control their kids.
