Fireplace didn't work. TV in bedroom unplugged and pet friendly only means dogs. You need to State dogs only. Cats are not allowed.

Room front door would not lock, worker came to fix immediately.

Patio door did not lock. Paid for a room with a fireplace, was told we did not get one since we did not book through them. Workers were extremely rude.

The location was quite nice and convenient.

The room wasn't clean, toilet barely flushed, tub was outdated, hot water was very weak, no dish washing liquid for the dish washer, floors weren't mopped, noisy residents, food debris left behind by other residents, Bed linens weren't completely clean, no toilet paper, sinks were also outdated, microwave wasn't clean, stove top wasn't clean, direct TV was constantly malfunctioning.

Not knowing that it was second floor steps only.

Room was nice. The location was great with many restaurants, bars and shopping close by. Felt safe.

Fireplace in room did not work which was disappointing. Breakfast was not available at the location we stayed at even though it stated that as an ammentity. Also believe more than two towels should be available in room booked for two people.

The fireplace and the utensils, plates, bowls and cups that were in the dishwasher cleaned and ready to use.

Carpet was stained, the sheets had stains in them as well as if housekeeping never washed them, bed poorly made, no breakfast but breakfast was advertised when booking.
