Reception helpful and welcoming. Room ready despite our early arrival. Easy 5 minute drive into Portsmouth, and close to main shopping area.

More of a business hotel than for leisure. Building materials and skip in car park an eyesore. Expensive for facilities and location

I appreciated being the room right out the elevator. Room was beautiful and well stocked for meals.

The gentleman that checked me in was kind of rude. Very cold and monotone like a telemarketer reading a script. I walked in and he never looked up. He asked me how he could he help me and I said yes checking in. No warm welcome or greeting. Just cold as if he didn’t like his job.

The spacious room and location

Dirty room: pill on floor,sticky floors,dirty floor,dirty dishes, dried red sauce on counter, ice bucket lid had brown stuff on top no bag. The cutting board was dirty with food on it not cleaned. The bathroom sink would fill up,took a while to drain.

Not very clean & the green blinking CO 2 detector was right above the bed - hard to fall asleep.

staff were very friendly. bed was very comfortable and room was large. washing facilities came in handy and very reasonably priced.

Good Location to downtown Portsmouth and shopping district. There was a good selection at breakfast and the staff there were good and friendly.

3 nights stay. Staff did not come into the room at all. We had no cleaning, no beds made, and no toiletry replenishment. We had to go and retrieve towels ourselves. Many of the staff, especially the front desk clerk were sullen. Is it really that bad working at a Hilton Hotel? There was ground in dirt, hair and food particles embedded in most of the carpeting on stairs, hallways etc... We did not hear or see a vacuum cleaner during our entire stay.

This hotel completely exceeded our expectations!!! The pool and gym were exceptionally clean and the outdoor areas had wonderful scenery. The breakfast was delicious. The room was very spacious and the kitchenette made our trip much more convenient. Erin and Priscilla at the front desk were amazing throughout our whole stay!!! We would definitely stay here again!!!!!

Everything was awesome!!! The only thing that was an issue was the breakfast would run out and would take a while to be refilled. Other than that, it was a wonderful stay!!!!!
