Loved the lake, docks available, boat ramp was excellent.

Boat parking could have been better. Had containers in the main boat parking lot made it cumbersome to park a truck be boat. Cars kept parking in the trailer parking near the boat ramp. Breakfast was good minus the fact they ran out of condiments like jelly.

Breakfast was very good and staff were very accommodating. Location was easily enter and exit.

Bigger bathroom.

The view was amazing. Great breakfast and nice staff.

Ground floor (would have loved a lakeview but none were available. GREAT friendly, prompt service! I've stayed there once before for an event in Cavern Coves and the same this time and have already booked my room for Oct 2024 for the fall event! THANKS! :-) <3

Something you had no control over-- an intoxicated man outside of room 109 beating LOUDLY on the door (next to mine in 107) and yelling at the occupant at 12 midnight and then again at 2am! I saw someone with a "security" tee shirt patrolling the parking lot intermittently earlier. Do you have round-the-clock security?

Nothing at all. Will not consider staying at this hotel again.

Sherry at the front desk was unprofessional and rude to my wife. My wife was attempting to tell her that she was handicapped and there was no place to park. This was at approximately 9pm and we had no place to park. I was not present during this situation; but I was told by my son later that Sherry was very rude to my wife with her reply saying "I'll get to you in a minute". So afterwards I when downstairs to talk to front desk associate, Sherry. I began our conversation by letting Sherry know that numerous cars and trucks were double parked, & that I had pictures, asked her if she wanted to see them, her reply was rather snappy, "no I do not need to see them". This hotel only has 2 handicapped parking spots, and does not have enough parking spots. On site they have a Bar & Grill, it's guest are utilizing hotel guest parking, I asked Sherry about this. Her reply was "I can't control where they park, some guests have two cars, we are full tonight, we have over flow parking at the Conoco she said". I asked her why you being so rude to me, she says "I'm not". I tell her you are, whether you realized it or not. The room was dirty, hairs stuck to bathroom door, floor was very gritty feeling, wife found staples in our bed, cold water pressure very low.

The lake view

this was our 2nd trip here. We love the friendly and inviting staff. The beds are comfortable and the easy to sleep on. The hot breakfast with a variety. The view of the lake is amazing.

When you turned the shower on it sounded like the pipes in the wall were going to burst for the first 5 min then it went away. The eggs were cold both days, maybe because the sit up off the hot plate but still cold eggs are nasty.
