Place is a little worn and dingy but I was told there will be renovations soon. I look forward to coming back and seeing this.

Elevator was out pretty much the whole first day which made it difficult with 20 girls and softball team.

Location is great! Breakfast was very good and the lady over the kitchen was a treat! She was very sweet. Susan at check in was also very personable! The building, itself, was clean, but clearly it is time for more updates. Lighting in rooms is a little dark. Beds are very comfortable.

Building is in need of more updates-some wallpaper is coming off the walls in the hall way. Lighting in room is on the yellow side. Dark lighting. Bottles of shampoo, conditions, soap need to be lowered in bathtub. Little high for short people.

I was double charged. I paid Booking. When I arrived at the hotel, I was told I needed to put a card on file. Normal. I checked out this morning and nothing was said. No paperwork given. I later noticed that Hampton had charged me for the room. I'm waiting for Booking to contact me. At this time, I have paid $350 for a 2 star hotel room for one night. I feel robbed and tricked. I have never had this issue with booking.com. As it's a holiday, I hope to speak with someone tomorrow.

staff was useless, they had idea on how to handle my reservation. they were confused with booking.com, forced me to call Booking.com. didn’t know WiFi code, couldn’t print receipt. upset other people trying to check in. i almost left…Hampton Inn better figure out how to train the staff

The breakfast was very crowded and I felt overwhelmed by so many waiting to get to the food. for the price we paid/overpriced for the service. The front desk could use some customer service training and the cleaning staff was knocking on our door before we were ready to leave and it wasn't close to check out time.
