I liked the quietness and that it had a good working AC in the room.

The value was a little over priced for the stay. We have stayed at other hotels in Carson city for half the price.

They closed the pool in the middle of the day on Friday. When I asked about it I was told by the rude clerk that if I hadn't booked from a third party I wouldn't have spent so much money. When I asked what that had to do with the pool being shut down he just said well you wouldn't have paid 319 to stay at a place with the pool shut down. I took my autistic grand children to swim for 2 days it cost me 600.00 for two days and they shut the pool down for 4 hours. Do you have any idea what happens to these children when they are told one thing but something different happens? Well let me tell you they have melt downs for the entire time. It was miserable and we had to cut our stay short because the kids were so upset. You ruined our stay and I felt ripped off. The man at the desk was so rude about it also.

Back door card reader didn't work! I stayed at this location in March of this year and it didn't work then either?

pool area was unaccessible due to maintenance, bedding was missing from room, breakfast was ok when compared to other holiday inns. main doors kept getting stuck closed.

Clean, central location, good basic breakfast included and a swimming pool for the kids.

Pool area needs an update.
