The beds are incredibly comfortable I didn’t want to get out of bed, everything clean and it’s 10 mins from the airport, they offer free shuttle to the airport so that was awesome!

Sobre os funcionários, não são tão atenciosos. Imagino que a recepção esteja subdimensionada, tendo em vista que os tempos de check-in, check-out e atendimento diverso são extremamente demorados.
Não recomendo a opção de acomodação com sofá cama, pois além de desconfortável, não parece estar higienizada.
Na minha reserva com o sofá cama, eu mesmo tive que arrumar e solicitar a roupas de cama.
Não gostei de terem reservado um valor de "garantia extra" além do valor da reserva. Esta reserva foi requisitada no balcão quando da confirmação do pagamento.

Location was ok. We could walk to several restaurants, grocery store.
Key was needed to work in elevator to get to your floor. We were told that buses drop off rapists and sex offenders right by hotel.
Bed was the worst mattress we ever slept on. Very uncomfortable old sagging mattress.

Great location for the cruise dock, comfy bed, big TV, good breakfast, good service. We will definitely stay here again.
It was a little more expensive than we normally pay (we are cheap), but we went right at Thanksgiving and all hotels raised their rates.

Breakfast great
Room was dirty, mattress not straight in bed, you can see all kinds of hair and dust on the box spring at the head of the bed. Gross. Floor needed to be vacuumed. No coffee or water in lobby.

The property is very close to the Cruise Ship, walking distance to the port if you were not lugging a ton of luggage. The complementary shuttle from the Airport to the Hotel was good. The contracted shuttle to the Cruise ship is the easiest way to get on board, they drop off your luggage and drop you off at the door step of the terminal.
I just expected it to be nicer for the price. I had an issue at the front desk, the lady told me I was at the wrong hotel, even after showing her my printed confirmation, she spouted off the address as I pointed to the same address on the confirmation. The manager stepped in and I didn't throw her under the bus, after that I got very good service.

The hotel was under Construction. They started to clean my room once I went out for breakfast, I came back and they were cleaning my room and it’s was only 9a. I was checking out that day. It would’ve been nice to check out first.

Breakfast was ready when I was and it was delicious. It hit the spot.
Unfortunately I only arrived at 10:00pm and left by 10:00am the next morning. I arrived at the airport and had to wait over an hour for the shuttle to pick me up and get me to the hotel. Obviously this was NOT acceptable.

Toyah at the customer service desk is awesome! Very friendly and polite! Location is great with nearby restaurants! Breakfast buffet was very good had nice verity and very clean

to sum it all up it would have been great if i had been dealing with an honest staff member but she acted like she didn't know what she was doing and as a result i was charged double for the one night my family and i stayed i called and appealed to the manager hoping she would do the right thing but it's all about the money never mind the fact i made a honest mistake and double booked the room but in the interest of doing the right it didn't happen. So, i guess in the future we will be staying with a more credible establishment.

The shuttle that took us to the cruise terminal and back (Hana)
The shuttle system was horrible. 10 different shuttles, waited 45 minutes. My shuttle driver picked up from different hotels to take very sick people to the hospital and back. Ridiculous!!!

Toilet in room was clogged and staff made ME plunge it! It was clogged when we got there. They did not even offer another room!

Key disabled early, staff was very quick to transfer calls to anywhere else, and they were not frank on transit options to cruiseport. Uber charged 8 dollars, their shuttle charged 15 per person , taxi they said different high amounts. Was misleading not to offer help
