Great location just minutes to a few great restaurant and shops. J. Alexander's is a fantastic restaurant that wow'd us on multiple occasions.

We identified a roach first day in. On the side of the fridge showed a ton of white roach killing powder. Air conditioner was extremely cold and impossible to run or redirect when sitting on the sofa. Freezing or hot. No inbetween. Cleanliness issues on bathroom (yellowish bathtub, hair spotted on the walls). Tried to talk to front desk but they were always busy.

SECOUND TIME AROUND!! WE CAME BACK BECAUSE OF CLEANESS, BREAFAST WAS GOOD WISH IT WAS ALL FRESH COOK NOT FROZEN EGGS BUT EVERTHING WAS BEAUTIFUL!!!.

THE DRYERS DIDN'T GET HOT AT ALL MAYBE I DID SOMETHING WRONG BUT WE MANGED

We had roaches in the kitchen, the bathroom and the bed, we complained, they gave us another rooom and offered to take out 3 nights out of 8 that we paid. We have not received any refund. The price is overrated.

Breakfast was horrible! not too many choice to begin with and very little of the items placed on the counter for people to eat. We had to change rooms because of a slab of hair grease on the master bed headboard even though the room was supposed to be cleaned when we went in. The second room assigned the refrigerator was not working so we had to wait for the staff to come in to fix it. He came in and while fixing it was on his cell phone taking care of his family business. When sked how long until the refrigerator will start cooling he had an attitude and replied that he he did not know for sure that it might take 24 hours. In other words he did not want to be bother with questions. In a suite where the hotel knows ahead of time that 3 people are staying we were given 1 small bar of hand soap for the duration of the 2 nights we were staying in. I booked this hotel because of its proximity and convenient location, nothing else is worth paying their rate. I would not stay at this hotel ever.

This place is old and gross. I was fooled by all the great reviews. But I felt unsafe and would never stay here again.

There was nothing we did not like about our stay. And the location was great.

The staff were exceptional. Incredibly clean.

Large rooms, very clean, supportive staff, nice breakfast and quiet rooms.

Beds were too soft and sofa bed uncomfortable! All else was very good. Pools was cold.
