Beds and pillows were comfortable. Maintenance was quick to resolve issues.

Our room had plumbing issues our entire stay. The spigot in the shower needed to be replaced as there was no water pressure. The toilet wouldn't flush. Both were addressed immediately. Out last night there, housekeeping had come and re-folded our used towels and left them on the counter. We had to call the front desk and request fresh towels.

Staff was wonderful. Nice pool, on the ocean. Room was spacious and had a partial ocean view.

The restaurant was slow to acknowledge us. When the girl did acknowledge us, she said a server would be over....15 minutes later, no one acknowledged us, so we went to breakfast at a nearby restaurant! Also, it would be nice to have a microwave in the room. Only one trash can was provided.

The rooms were very nice. Bed was very comfortable! Food was good!

We booked an ocean view with balcony and got a partial ocean view and balcony with just a door to the balcony, not sliding glass door. We were there Mother's Day weekend and was upset that the outside tiki area was reserved for the Mother's Day Brunch. I really feel that the guest that payed to stay at the hotel should of been able to use the outside facilities. I was really looking forward to having my Mother's Day breakfast outside with ocean views, that's one of the main reasons I choose this hotel.

Excellent location, staff and restaurant. Nice room with comfortable beds. Enjoyed the live band, beach and pool. Everything that I ordered to eat and drink at the restaurant was delicious and top notch. Pleasant staff everywhere.

We reserved a double queen room for three people with “breakfast included in the rate” only to be told at check in that the breakfast was for two people - not ok and especially when I paid $356/night for three people. However after some discussion, the manager approved breakfast for the third person. It felt uncomfortable to unsafe to be in the huge parking lot across the four lane road after dark without security and pay an additional $16 per day. Valet parking is available for the rich and famous lol for $24 per day and they park in the spaces next to the hotel.

Maybe ask if guest wants to be near the entertainment area. I personally loved being there but some might not like it.

The door lock worked about every 20th time, maintenance came to no avail. This new SUPRISE added expense of parking hotels are now doing is a BS sham,what's next a charge if you sleep in the bed? Another charge for using the shower or towel fees.? Then if you don't valet you risk your life crossing a very busy 7 lane road or climb up and down a large sets of stairs to use the elevated walkway.

I loved the service when we first arrived. The guy was under a lot of pressure but extremely sweet and cheerful regardless. He was patient with us when we had to handle a card issue that took longer than we wanted. The room was also beautiful and comfortable. The patio was nice and we enjoyed the view of the ocean. Everything was just amazing.
