Noisy, outdated rooms, dirty, the fan in the bathroom was noisy you can wake up the rest of the people in the room when you turn on on to of that you can see it was very dusty,moldy carpet and you can feel the smell as soon you walk in

The location and the room.
Outside was not kept up. Garbage and cigarette butts on the ground. The breakfast options were fantastic but the cooked good was cold I’m not sure the warming trays worked.

Cleanliness needs to be improved. When I entered the room, I found that the surface was very tidy. When the quilt was opened, the sheets were not changed, and there were obvious dirt left by guests

Breakfast was quite good. Location was great as it was very close to beaches, shops and restaurants. Rooms were cleaned everyday. Staff members and employees were quite friendly and helpful.
There was nothing that we didn't like. For a mid-range hotel it was very well maintained.

we were trap in due to asphalting the parking lot. Family had to jump over hot tar. Tried to lodge a complaint but never received a call back.

Staff was very rude had attitude when asking for extra towels an toilet paper. Lied about my room having a hot tub phone didn't work bathroom light was broken never will I waist my money on this place again.

Location is good. Price performance is decent.
Breakfast was ok. Juice vending machine was broken in the second day. A waffle baker(?) was broken. Probably not enough stuff to run the property.

Location was great, staff as well. During a blizzard the access to our car and the road out was cleaned daily. Amazing people working here.
Breakfast was good, but there weren't any carbs. Potatoes, hash browns etc. were missing. Bisquits and gravy every day did not replace a starch option.
