Location was perfect
Old outdated, keys dint work for both locks, beds were hard as rock, super uncomfortable could not sleep .

Hottub spa, closeness to burger me restaurant and the ski resort.
Hotel bed sheets were dirty.. staff brought a new sheet. Bed mattress had food crumbs all over it… had to clean the mattress myself. Bathroom had previous guest hair on floor and pencil shavings. The bed was uncomfortable, the middle of the bed was sunken in.. fire place wouldn’t light so we couldn’t use it. Only reason stayed here was due to the hotel hot tub. Other than that I won’t stay here again, would rather pay more for a cleaner hotel with the hot tub spa.

I really liked that the hacienda had bbq pits and a picnic area. Also in the middle of everything. You can walk and enjoy beautiful lake Tahoe.
I didn't like that the room i had #17 had a nasty smell to it. like the carpet smelled wet and moldy. Also the walls and doors need to be whipped down. Upgrading is definitely needed. Other than that we had a good time in Tahoe. Thanks.

Liked the location and how close it was to other spots.
We were being woken up all night long by rude neighbors. Called the front desk at 3:30AM to complain and was told it would be taken care of and nothing happened. We did not sleep at all.

Loved the fact that it had a full kitchen, came with some appliances. they were kinda dirty but it was a big plus !
the woman in the front was very unhelpful about getting my family of 8 more towels and bath rags, she initially lied and then she finally gave us more towels like it was a burden.

Bedding was awful- the sheet was sliding off the entire night, the top blanket was just a thin fleece piece. The hot tub was not working (the reason I chose this hotel). Only one chair in the room. The room itself- very small, basic. Way overpriced.

location and near to all the happening places
there is a very high noice from the neighbors and the singing went on till 12 midnight.. it is a big disturbance. the rooms are not so sophisticated and the noise is pretty loud and clear as well.

I liked the very spacious clean rooms and the very comfortable beds and best of all that it is a place close to all the stores
I didn't like the kitchen utensils, some burnt pans and there was no soap in the kitchen, nor was there shampoo and soap in the bathrooms. These are small details that can make everything super good

Good location, parking right outside room. Big room, nice hot bath.
Room was cold but warmed up quickly with heater but then coke again at night when heater off. Tired decor and beds were too high for us shorties. Thin blankets on bed and under bottom sheet which was not very nice.

We stayed here for one night on our way to San Francisco. The room was clean and the complex quiet. There was no problem with early check-in. The inn was within walking distance to restaurants, stores and the lake.
There were some dirty spots on the wall and spots on the headboard that could easily be cleaned using a wipe or two but nothing that really bothered us.
