Good location. Near Mountain View center and 3min walk to shopping area like Nijiya market. Well managed and equipped room and gym.
Breakfast is good for 1-2 day stay but could be improved for longer stay.

The rooms are large and very well equipped. very comfortable recliner chairs, heated bathroom and kitchette floors, huge tv, electric fireplace. Most importantly, the beds were extremely comfortable. I highly recommend staying here.

The staff were excellent and went out of there way to make sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. The shuttle bus took us to where ever we wanted in the surrounding area.

They have so many thoughtful amenities. Elemis toiletries , a bidet, a CLEAN hairdryer, Nespresso machine, suit presser, lots of chargers, air filter system, yoga mat and foam rollers . The room and bathroom were very clean.

Many thoughtful touches that are very convenient: international & USB power sockets, big TV with external easy to use HDMI connection, etc. Also cleanliness and overall quality of furniture etc are all great.

We chose this property because of the restaurant but we learned on arrival no restautant.very disappointed

Excellent furnishings and cleanliness. Looks like a traditional California motel on the outside; great furniture, amenities, etc, on the inside. And, I forgot to book the first night I was there ('cause I'm dumb), and they accommodated me with no trouble! Thanks for that!
Wifi stopped working once for a little while, so I had to make a call on my phone instead. Didn't raise the issue with management, and it went away a little while later. Probably a fluke? 🤷

Exceptionally clean. Upgraded bathroom, bidet, TV in mirror, heated toilet seat, multiple shower heads. Wifi. Great location. Great breakfast. Lobby open 24 hours with hot beverages machine. Staff are wonderful. Loved this hotel

From the owner to the staff, everyone was friendly and helpful. I needed to extend my stay on a daily basis. The hotel was very accommodating to my request and made my change of plan much easier. Breakfast was very good with many options. The location of the hotel was also excellent.
I'll for sure stay here again next time when I travel to the heart of Silicon Valley.
