The room was decent, though we didn’t spend much time in it as we traveled for a convention.

The AC in our room didn’t work at all, it blew out air, but the air was never cool. We tried to make use of the fan function and kept the window open, but by the third day the AC began emitting a grinding noise, so we just had to completely shut it off. The thermostat was also erroring out for our whole stay, and never dropped below 79 degrees, and that was almost always at night or in the early morning. Our toilet also clogged on the first day, and when we brought it up with the front desk associate, he just handed us a plunger wrapped in a trash bag to bring back when we were finished fixing it ourselves, stating that it was the only plunger in the building. Needless to say, we’re not gonna stay here again. The building never smelled clean, there was always a stuffy musk coming from somewhere, and each night there was someone talking very loudly outside either our window, or our door. The key also never worked properly, we’d have to swipe it at least three or four times to access our room.

There is no breakfast.

Where should I start. The person checking me in after driving 600 miles was pleasant enough. I went to my room hands full of stuff a cat and small dog on the 2 nd floor only to have my key not work so I had to back down stairs to get it fixed annoying! My first impression was how dirty everything is the elevator the walls extra!!! I was booked for 8 days in those days the air conditioning was leaking on the carpet so it squished and had to wear shoes my whole stay then the air didn’t work the came and wiggled a wire to make it work . I asked to change rooms and they wouldn’t do it . I heard another person saying the same thing about her air conditioner that it was leaking. So moving rooms probably wouldn’t have solved anything. Then there was a guy outside all the time that was staying there I’m sure he was on something he would talk to himself then walk around the parking lot it made me feel unsafe. Moving on I went to do laundry and out of the 7 washers only to were working I put my stuff in downloaded the app the machine started the count down but then message on the machine said out of order. I went to from desk this person said oh those aren’t our machines you have to call the number on the machine for a refund. So needless to say only one machine worked and I just ate the 2.50 . So about the 5th day in my animals were scratching pretty bad so I took them to the vet they were infested with fleas. So I had the added cost of all the supplies for getting rid of fleas plus I was getting bit as well. When I checked out I told the girl working all my concerns and all she said was oh I’m sorry. She could have accommodated me in some way but didn’t! I felt disappointed and robbed!!!! Also the pet deposit you pay is not what the online states you will pay 100 dollars up to 4 days stay and 200 for over 7 days stay. I would be okay with that if the actually cleaned and sanitized the rooms!!! In my experience that doesn’t happen!! I will never stay at this hotel again!!!

I liked the location.

It was 35 degrees outside and my room had no heat. The staff could not do anything--no moving to a different room, no space heater. I was told they have no rooms with heat to move me to, but when I called reservations they offered me a room.

Took to long to get someone at the front desk. Washer and dryer’s didn’t work then got supposedly fixed but put money in them and they didn’t work. Woken up every morning around 4:00 to someone stomping on the above floor for 30-45 minutes.

Nothing about our stay was liked at all. The heat didn't work in our room and facility wouldn't move us . I was there for surgery on the 14th. I want my $$$$ back. Horrible experience overall.

Great location, quiet, and mostly very clean. I saw house keeping daily. Cute little kitchenette area with full size fridge, microwave and dishwasher. Had a little stove. Provided some utensils and cooking supplies. Coffee machine in room.

Our room smelled like cigarette smoke which was not the best, only gave a sheet for sleeping ( bring your own blankets if you plan to stay here), looks a little worn down inside and outside,
