Smell

the location was good - right off the interstate

even though I had a non smoking room, the entire building smelled like cigarette smoke. we had an unidentified bug crawling across the table.

The property allows pets. There was a stray cat left in the room I was initially assigned.

Convenient to the highway. Clean and comfortable

I was given a room that was already occupied when I first checked in. Then I was required to use my credit card to have a $100.00 incidentals in case of use. This is fraud. they have no mini-bar or any other reason for such a charge. I was assured it would not be charged and would go back on my card. they did in fact take my $100.00 even though the room was through booking.com and paid for.

Still haven’t received my deposit for the rundown room

It was located very far from the airport, but very close to my destination. Everything was very clean, and the staff was very nice. I don’t need a hotel gym or pool or restaurant. I just needed a clean, comfortable place to stay for a few days at a reasonable price, and this fit the bill.

Breakfast was all gone in a short time and not replenished.

I booked my room a week ago and found out the day I was leaving to head to there that I had to pay NON REFUNDABLE$54 for a pet deposit then on top of that I was not told about having to pay a refundable $100 for a room deposit until I checked in, and then it all had to be paid with a card! Very bad service!!! And plus the next morning after arrival the room phone rings and it's front desk saying the people below us are complaining about noise coming from my room, KNOWING WE HAD A 3 YEAR OLD IN THE ROOM UPON ARRIVAL!

Advertised breakfast but there was none. 2 small shampoos but no conditioners. No hair dryer.

Location is nice and staff was friendly.

Everything was completely unorganized. Waited around for nearly an hour while staff tried to find us a clean room. We ended up leaving and choosing to stay elsewhere because of the inconvenience. Also there was no breakfast as advertised, the lobby pictured doesn’t match location, and the overall experience was very unpleasant.

dirty… elevator smelled like weed, 3 rd floor hallway smelled like weed, elevator had so many hand prints all over the inside who knows when it was wiped down last, my shoes stuck to the floor in my room (338) with every step I took and the smoke detector had a plastic bag over it.

The location was good for me.

No toilet paper or coffee maker. No dishes or supplies for meals and the refrigerator leaked right by the door. It was dangerous. The room was old not updated and not prepped at all for someone to stay there.

What breakfast? There wasn't even a coffee machine in the room. No silverware, no pots or pans, no glasses, no cups. A disaster!

Starting with the lack of a coffee pot and coffee. Even $25 a night motels have coffee pots. I called the front desk and complained about total lack of hangers. "There should be 5 in every room," was her only answer. No conditioner along with the dollop of shampoo they furnished. Floor was very sticky, as if they'd pull the rug and forgot to scrap the glue off the floor.

The room was still dirty when we arrived.

definitely run down and needed maintaince. My tub didnt drain and faucet dripped loudly all night. Despite multiple requests to get it fixed.

I didn’t like that I had to pay upfront, the staffs hospitality (or lack there of), the very thin walls and guests blasting music, it smelled like smoke all throughout the hotel, the back doors didn’t close so anyone could get into the hotel if they wanted, lastly, the cheap and halfway cleaned bedding .
