Bed was comfy, nice decorations, hot and cold running water, roof over our head, within walking distances to restaurants, shopping and Starbucks.

They advertise free wifi, but there was no wifi. No breakfast. They said they had coffee, but they did not at any time, not even in the morning. There is a sign on the entrance saying the lobby is open from 6am-10pm, but the lobby is locked 24/7. When I asked why they don't honor the sign, the front desk guy said "Oh that sign is old," so I recommend they remove the sign if it is false; we had to transact through a side window. We booked a NON-smoking room, but they put us in a smoking room. I was nauseated from the stench, plus their were ash trays in the room. I went back to front office and explained I booked NON smoking, and the front desk guy said he did put us in non smoking, even tho he did not. We went back to room and kept the window and door open to let some of the smell out. Several roaches greeted us throughout our stay, but ran back to their hiding spots within the room. The bathroom was fine, but a previous guest had a marker and scribbled all over the wall, perhaps a child. There is dog poop scattered throughout the property. Watch your step! There is a phone, but it doesn't work at all.

the bed was hard an the mattress was badly stained the room smelled so bad the towels were worn out they had one pillow MOST OF ALL THE ROACHES ARE VERY BAD THEY WERE IM THE FRIDGE BEHIND THE TV IN THE BATHROOM THE MOLD IN AC UNIT THE AC UNIT WAS BROKEN OUT OF THE WALL JUST HANGING THERE ASKED TO MOVE ROOMS NEVE DID ASKED FOR MY MONEY BACK THEY WOULDNT

nothing the associate charged my card a completely different price claiming he didn’t hear me say I had a reservation that I made online. Then he gave me a room without a tv in it, after that the next room he gave me the a/c unit didn’t work! HORRIBLE SERVICE, I then asked if there was a discount since I had already taken my belongings upstairs twice to two rooms that should have been out of service and he said no! Not to mention there were roaches crawling on the bed upon arrival!!!

I didn’t like anything about this establishment!!

There wasn’t breakfast and the room we stayed in had roaches and an electrical fire hazard and that had already caught fire and not been UTD on code. Staff also did not answer phones when trying to change out rooms.

There were roaches and dirty towels.
