Breakfast fine and location great.
Was very disappointed that the hot tub was not available. The website listed that they had a hot tub. This was revealed at check upon our inquiry, and not mentioned by front desk staff.

Breakfast was normal holiday inn quality.
No one at the front desk a lot of the time. Pool was dirty. Breakfast was what u expect at a holiday inn.

Lamp shade was shredded up should've been replace everything else was good.

Room carpet needs deep cleaning and they need new beds.

Decent, but too crowded
The staff was unprofessional, challenging, and ghetto. She could tell I was annoyed coming in, but instead of trying to soothe or decompress the situation (which any professional in the hospitality business would), she seemed determine to challenge me even further to see how angry I could possibly get. Driveway was also ridiculous with no direct access from the street! Lighting in the rooms were terrible....dim, drab, and depressing.

It was a standard hotel hot breakfast, just what you need in the morning.
The TV did not work that night, not sure if it was becuase of it snowing. But it wasn't a big deal for me.

Ac didn't work that great, and front desk staff wasn't very professional. Had their friends/family there and were too busy entertaining them instead of working.

The desk person working till 3p would not consider checking us in at 2p. We wanted to do the in order to see our grandson play soccer.As a result we were late getting to his match. The desk person who came on at 3 was very nice and helpful

The first room that I stayed in smelled like an animal had been in there, I brought my newborn and my teenage daughter in and we all woke up sneezing. Then the toilet didn't work It took half a day for maintenance to even try to come by the time they came we switch rooms. But the hotel attendant did try to accommodate me she wouldn't have any clue as to the conditions of the rooms so it's not her fault. There are disruptive people next door outside of my room they were fighting and loud. The pool was being worked on so it was kind of tight and there in the pool looks dirty. The lady out front was doing her best to make sure that everything was taken care of but the hotel needs an upgrade. The second wrong that we were moved to was okay at first until I realized that the microwave didn't work at their point.

property is well maintained and clean. so easy to find. nice to have stores and restaurants within walking distance as well
the property faces the highway and the constant traffic going by keeps you awake at night.

Free Continental Breakfast was great. Staff was friendly. Location was good. Kuerig in room with complimentary K Cups. Decent sized fridge in room. Bed was very comfortable.
Hot Tub is permanently closed. Booking.com needs to update their photos and description of property. Curtains were thin and did not block sunlight.
No vending machines. Ice Machine on our floor was not working.

Some of the best bedding in the industry. The best pillows I have used in all my travels.

We didn’t eat anything and the location was fine.
It would have been better if we could have closed the blinds and I didn’t like the the TV channels.
