They have roaches and did absolutely nothing about that for me besides the management was so ignorant

The staff (Christina McHugh was so welcoming and informative) was wonderful and the room very comfortable, updated and clean. Also the pool area was very well maintained.

Just the lobby needs a bit of renovating and perhaps add more fresh seasonal fruit to the breakfast.

- clean - easy to navigate - kids enjoyed the outdoor pool - Breakfast was pretty good.

- Slow elevators - The AC in the queen suite was not great. A tiny vent sent ac to the living room area from the split unit. Had to keep the door open between rooms or the room for too hot. - had to request a new room bc the AC was leaking in the first room and the carpet was wet and smelled like mildew. - eggs at breakfast were too wet

The cleanliness, very comfortable bed. Staff was so friendly and helpful.

No soda machines on site. That was the first time we’ve ever encountered that at a hotel.

The gal working upon checkin was very helpful and friendly. Morning staff, not so much.

No USB ports. There wasn’t anywhere to put the furniture when using the pullout sofa bed. The TV’s were old and my remote didn’t work.

Very good, except the schaffing dished were not filled up quickly enough. every time i went there was little of nothing in the schaffing dish. ie eggs (barely a scoop), sausage (1).

The room was a bit noisy from outside.

Breakfast was okay. Only cold eggs and no meat available with at least an hour left. Otherwise fine. The location is close to a lot of amenities.

Room was located on the side with traffic noise. Access from the road is tricky!
