Didn't like that check- in Wasn't till 3 , also really noisy all night and wasn't able to sleep good due to noises upstairs and doors slamming all night in hallways due to others in and out of their rooms . Rented two rooms and one of the rooms bathroom under toilet was dirty with urine

I thought the other bad reviews was just a few cases during pandemic. However, I have to say this hotel is really terrible. The build states non smoking but you can smell strong weed in the first floor bathroom and weird smell in the bedroom. The worst part is they forced to charge me cleaning fee for service dog. Even the front desk had checked and confirmed my dog is a service dog. They also didn’t give a clarification on my receipt since they don’t want to get into troubles. When I went back to the front desk I heard the “manager “ spoke nastily about me which is really offensive. I bet most of the good reviews are fake reviews. Other facts : no breakfast, refrigerator is very loud, bed and pillow were not comfortable but at least doesn’t have bedbugs. Good luck for whom is booking this hotel and good luck for the stuff and owner.
