Front desk wasn’t up to parse

I liked the room location, I was able to park my car where I could check on it from my room. And the hot tub was pretty nice.

I booked this hotel because of the slide for the pool. This was our last little getaway with my kids before school started, and swimming was on the list of things to do. We were not made aware that the slide is closed on the weekdays until we got there, which is bonkers, especially for the price. There was no cream or sugar for coffee in the room and when I went to call about it the phone was unplugged and I had to literally pull out the side table to fine the cord buried underneath it. When I did call, the front desk simply said that there's some down stairs and I would have to go get it. Not happy with the price of the room for what we got.

The grandkids enjoyed the slide and pool!

Couldn’t take drinks from the bar to your room.

Didn't have breakfast at the hotel. location was good.

Noise from the elevator. Also only one elevator working, therefore long wait time.

The pillows were soft

Elevator was out had to use stairs to our room on 3rd floor. Pool was ice cold. Hot tub water was extremely dirty. No one ever answered the phone at the front desk
