First of all, the staff was very nice and apologized for the major renovations going on in the hotel. We arrived and there was lots of jack hammering going on, the lobby was all tarped off, so no pool, no food off of the menu was available at the rooftop lounge. The only food available was frozen pizza from the grocery store and frozen egg rolls. It would have been nice for booking .com to alert consumers that this hotel is under major renovations and no food service nor pool is available.

Booking.com needs to alert consumers that this hotel is under major renovations. We did not know that and there was no pool, just lots of jack hammering all day. When we walked from our room there was debris.

Near the beach and Marina. Also not too far from the church we were visiting. The valet parking guy was great.

I thought there was free breakfast when i booked the hotel but not. $40/day of valet parking is outrageous in my opinion. We asked the housekeeper to come back after we left the room but didn’t.

horrible!!!!!!!!!!! insane noise. torture. had to unplug the ice machine myself in the middle of the night. put me and my kid on the TOP FLOOR when the hotel was empty!!!!! evil people. i hate you.

Our first room was a handicapped room where the bathroom sliding door maneuvered as if it was off the track. The toilet handle had to be held down to completely empty the toilet. So we decided to change room. At first the receptionist said he would send up maintenance. He quickly complied when I said I’d rather change rooms. He gave us another handicapped room? We are NOT handicapped! Why weren’t we asked if we wanted a handicapped room? We chose to stay in this hotel because the friends we were visiting said it had been remodeled. It was old and had been shoddy remodeled. We had no desire to eat in the restaurant. The valets were very friendly and efficient.

Breakfast was great, good food and good service. The staff was lovely...very accommodating and professional. A special shoutout to Joshua, bellman /valet. He was exceptionally kind and went the extra mile to provide excellent service.

Stuffy and no air conditioning in elevators and corridors. The furniture in the lobby and our room needed to be cleaned. outdoor cushons were stained and needed cleaning also.. Also it looked like the corridor carpet had been cleaned recently and was not laying flat but had ripples in it....a tripping hazard for seniors like me.

It was advertised that room had a view of the Ocean, in reality it was a postage stamp size view if you stood on the small balcony that overlooked the freeway 🤪

The staff was exceptionally nice, especially Randi and Lisa at the rooftop bar. The hotel is in a very good location.

The property needs cleaning and updating. Our bathroom was not clean. Their was no mirror in the room other than the bathroom, so when 2 people are trying to get ready to go to a wedding it was a challenge. The pool was very dirty. The furniture in the lobby is very dirty. Overall the property did not seem clean.

Room was quite adequate! wishing the beds were queens instead of doubles, but other than that, the room had a nice layout and was very clean. We had a view of the ocean with a balcony. So nice! The staff was so nice and so helpful. Breakfast bar was pricy at $25, and regular menu limited, so we skipped it and took a walk down the PCH and found a spot. Rented bikes and rode to San Clemente. Had dinner at Olemanti's, a wonderful Mexican spot. Walked to the Harbor where there were so

Carpeting in hallways had pet odor. Needs shampooing! A woman in the elevator had a dog and cat with her. I love animals, but that's a lot of cleaning to keep up with.

how when we paid the breakfast during my booking, hotel billed me the breakfast 30dols more!?!, futhermore, I asked at the breakfast," wich are choice on the menu, when we paid breakfast before ?" during the check out, the receptionist didn't have answer !!!! he told me, my manager will call you... i never received one call .. it's not porfessionnal I want my 30 dols cheers jerome RENAUD +33643031009

NO WARM WATER WHOLE STAY COMPLAINED AND DIDNT TURN WARM AND MY BOYFRIEND COULDNY SHOWER THERE DUE TO SEVERE ILLNESS THE COLX WATER WOULDVE CAUSED A SICKLE CELL EPISODE

Great location decent view of the ocean

I understand it's going to be renovated this summer it needs it badly The air conditioning units were very noisy and didn't work well The air conditioning sensor on the sliding glass glass door was broken and it was hard to get the air conditioner to even work The faucet in the bathroom was loose and moving around. The sliding door for the bathroom was a wreck The stop for the door was too far out and it would go too far one way. The glass on the door is a silly idea because during the middle of the night it lets light in to the room and wakes your partner . just a few of the problems I encountered

no spa… elevator door where slow closing when pushing the open button.
