I was told to leave as my pet is 44 pounds, I was given a cancellation code. Why is this showing up?
I had to scramble for a room after they denied me because my pet is 44 pounds I have a cancel code why am I still charged

La chica de recepción que estaba por la noche fue una estupida. Mi tarjeta no funcionaba, le dije que en una hora vendría mi amigo a pagar mi reserva. Yo soy una chica joven que vino sola desde España y me dejó en la calle a las 12 de la noche sabiendo que es peligroso y que no conozco la zona. En otros hoteles me dejaron esperar en la sala sentada en recepción. Ella solo se ofreció a decirme dónde había un sitio abierto a esas horas para yo poder ir a sentarme y esperar. Tuve que ir a un bar de borrachos donde me sentí muy insegura, hubiera preferido esperar esa hora en el hotel. Qué pena que siendo mujer fuera tan poco empatica. El resto del personal fueron amables y correctos . El desayuno es básico pero estaba todo bueno

I asked them to clean my room at 11 am. They said ok.
when I came back they didn’t do anything. then they say they can clean the room only next day. You should ask them 1 day before. why?!
also there is very wet into the room. just one ventilation.
they don’t clean fridge it’s very bad smell.
not recommended. you can get more value for this money.

Everything went well. The room itself was nicely prepared and it was very nice. Breakfast in the morning was delightful as well. 10/10 at Holiday Inn.

Checking in was fast and friendly. Room is standard size. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was OK. Staff are friendly. Convenient location.
TV is a little bit small. The bathroom is kind of small too, with a small size toilet. Coffee can be better taste. Two parking entrances, one is 6'6 clearance. We found a bug in the room, which was a little bit disappointing.

Central Main St., Walnut creek across the street from food and drink. Temperature control was wonderful. Sheets and pillow choice is fabulous.
parking was tight upfront. I never did try the downstairs as a single female I don’t trust it.

Location was near downtown.
You could hear everything from the upper floor, like walking, talking, coughing, talking shower. It would wake me up or I would not let me sleep.

Reakfast was great, could use more items for plant based eaters such as nuts and raisins to go with oatmeal and nut butter to put in toast. Almond or Oat Milk for coffee and cereal.
On the Booking.com listing it said our room had 2 queen beds, when we arrived at property they said they do Not have any queen beds on site only full sized or king beds. We are not extremely large people but full size beds aren’t big enough.and I would have chosen another property had I known.

It was just nice! I loved how the interior of the room looked. It fit the scenery of walnut creek so well. Everything was so quiet and cozy, it calmed my nerves as I was there due to a surgery at aspen.
Also, I never ate at chick fil a during my stay here but for anyone who relies on Lyft or taxi often it's convenient that there's a food option right next door to walk to. The complimentary breakfast was also beyond my expectations and more than what I've seen other hotels provide. Will definitely come back again just to get away and recharge for my days off or something

Worst room location ever. All the way to the back of the facility with the window right at the all night security lite. No way to block the light. Very Noisy HVAC unit in the room. Woke up to the trash collector truck beeping and banging right outside at 5 AM. Wont use Booking.com ever again.

I stay here often. It is easy access and comfortable.
The bedspread had an oil stain of some kind on it which seemed odd they would not have changed it out. Also, there was no lightbulb in one of the bedside lamps and the phone charging port had one usb port that was broken and I did not notice until the morning my phone had not charged after being plugged in all night. Also, the flip bar lock on the door was broken and should have been replaced. Any one of these would have been no big deal, but all of them together seemed not great, although I have not had this problem in prior stays. Room#175.

it took x 3 attempts to get a key that opened the door. there were ants in the bathroom. My husband said the breakfast was not very good.
