Loved 24/7 availability of drinks, hot and cold and evening cookies. Clean room, friendly staff, pool area

No hot tub, pool super busy (but maybe because we stayed on Saturday). Breakfast was meh. Hot items not good except oatmeal that I had with coffee.

Beds were not that comfortable.

Very clean and comfortable, friendly staff. We didn't eat breakfast this visit, but it's usually your standard l.

I booked a room that fit 5 (2 queens and a pull out/hide-a-bed). The gentleman called me to verify my stay earlier in the day and he said a queen bed. I said I had two queens, with a pull out. He said, oh yes. When I got there and got to my room, I got a standard 2 queen room, bo pull out. Thankfully my boys decided to stay home last minute, so I didn't need the extra bed, but ut was what I paid for. I didn't complain, or call the front desk, as the extra bed was no longer needed, but it should have been there. I have another stay booked here, and need the "sleep 5" option this time, so hopefully it's right. We shall see. :) I've stayed here often, and this happened one other time, but hopefully this doesn't continue to happen. It's usually a great hotel, with great staff, and very clean.

Well, they didn't have my reservation when I got there through Booking. com that was a bummer! Lost my room, got another, not as nice.
