Good location only a few minutes from the airport

Breakfast was terrible. It had a very small gym and then not all of the machines even worked

Clean, good customer service, I’v also seen 2-3 smiles, quite.

The breakfast was low in food, the person in charge was nice but very busy, I could not eat warm food. Short staffed. Coffee was very good

The best thing about this location, was the staff!!! they were so nice and understanding! They weren't tight with anything!!! We really appreciated the service we got from these hotel staff!

Nothing not to like

The location is convenient, breakfast was included. Bathrooms very large with good lighting.

Staff was less than friendly. Very rude and cold at check-in as well as at check out. Was told at check-in we could pay with our debit card for the room at check-out. When it came time for check out the man said our credit card was charged and he couldn't change it. Not great customer service. The beds were not very comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was terrible. The room could be cleaner. Stains on the cabinets, stickers stuck to the windows and items next to the bed left from previous people.

Breakfast was rather just OK (for the money). Staff was challenged to keep items stocked.

No plug in bathtub, water just lukewarm

The staff was super friendly and the facilities were very clean..loved the shuttle as the first two days we were there we were having trouble renting a car. My "wife"and I are disabled one morning I was taking a nap when I woke up I figured she was outside on the bench having a cigarette (bench is a nice touch btw)I ran down to the lobby and heard one of the staff say Sir Sir are you looking for your wife? I said yes I am they told me the shuttle took her into town to Walmart helped her in and out of the van I laughed and said thought she ran off on me lol. The staff was always interested in our "plans" and we're courteous enough to ask how it went and remembering where we went. Awesome Experience

You could use a swimming pool other than that everything was great.

The breakfast was very good and the room was very clean. I love that I could leave my car at the hotel and they have the shuttle bus to and from the airport.
