Bathroom area had hair... There were black spots in the caulking in the bathtub... to many scuffed Marks

They management called thr police on me and my husband accusing us of credit card fraud. After me proving in multiple ways my payment was legitimately paid for the staff and police officers warned us off the property. I paid over $100 every night for about a week and a half. Not including the dinners we had every night. They made jokes and laughed at us while we were packing up to leave. I've never felt such disrespect and judged so strongly in my life. They whole staff was unbelievably unprofessional. Including the manager and I assume the man who is the top manager of the hotel. I proved over and over that I was not stealing the card I used and still they joked and laughed and accused me of being a criminal. I would never in a million years recommend this place to any one until the completely replace their staff. They completely embarrassed me and acted so unprofessional I believe they should all have consequences for the way they acted. I will be getting in touch of anyone who is above them to assure this situation dosnt happen to another innocent victim

Location and clean
Front sign was not lite up so it was hard to find where to turn into off the main road.
When checking in the female staff member was not friendly. The male staff member that was not checking us in was very helpful and friendly.

everything!! beautiful lobby, restraunt, pool area, rooms, pet friendly our pets are family too, the staff was very kind and comforting
wish the dining prices were cheaper and maybe have free complimentary breakfest like other hotels

Our recent stay at the Holiday Inn Tyler Conference Center was great. It was clean and seemed to be regularly well kept.
I will definitely say the location felt a bit tight in the parking area, and there are times when charter busses block the entrance, but other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

Room was clean and comfortable. Very relaxing when I checked in
4 night visit. Trash overflowed and bathroom needed cleaning 2 days in a row. Had to ask for trash to be emptied. I was told they were short handed but my room was cleaned properly after I requested. All in all a good stay

The location of the hotel is perfect. The staff was polite, very nice and willing to accommodate anything you needed. This hotel in the only hotel with a shuttle. Which the driver was so nice and informative about things to do and history of the town.

It was clean.
It needs major updates. The bathroom handle did not lock in one room and the toilet became clogged so we checked in to another room. When I tried adjusting the shower head in that room it came undone. I put it back together and it wasn't spraying well. I don't think there was free coffee?
