The location was great, pricing was good too.

Our refrigerator didn't work. Told the front desk, still didn't fix it for the rest of our stay. The AC thingy wasn't in best condition. It made the room a bit musty.

Better than I expected. This was my first time staying with this brand of hotel. The facility is well maintained, very clean and even has a small bar in the lobby. Staff were very welcoming. Room was comfortable and clean. Quite location. Chose to eat breakfast across the street so we didn't check in to see what was offered at the hotel. All in all, very pleased with the value of this location

Room we had is directly over the lobby/entrance so you could hear when the front doors opened/closed. Wasn't distracting or affect sleep any. Would be nice if there was an Ice Machine on the second floor.

Breakfast was great

I like the layout & location in Pinetop. The feel in the bar with the fireplace is pleasant. Indoor pool is also a nice feature. Free wi-fi is also a good idea.

The bathroom floor must have been mopped with dirty water or soda water. It was extremely sticky. I wore my shoes in there until i and mopped it with a used shower towel & wash rag.. I like my rooms extremely cold, that wasn't an option. The base boards on the second floor are still missing and the carpet upstairs is old. It looks like they didn't finish the remodel from a few years ago. "I am tired of the additional fees". I think it is complete BS. I realize everyone in your industry does it, but the price shown for a room and the final total should only increase with government taxes (no business fees to get additional funds). Maybe one day you will order a fast food hamburger meal for your child with the listed price of $6.99. But wait there is more!! A cooking fee of $2.00, a prep fee to wrap it up is only $1.50, a per ice cube fee for more than 1 cube of ice, a salt fee for your French fries and also a fresh lettuce fee. Now your happy meal is a sad meal because you dropped $15.00 for $6.99 meal. You never know, this could happen. Your industry needs an honesty tune-up. Be different, start a new trend, "Our price only increases with government tax our business must pay" no additional charges!! No additional fee games at Greentree!!
