Breakfast was good.
Noise from ajoining room.

The staff was very friendly, helpful and responsive.
The property was older and more outdated than most other Hampton Inn’s around the country. It may need some updating.

I loved breakfast the first day (waffle, cheese omelet, sausage patty) but not as much the second day. The waffle, scrambled eggs and sausage were OK but the potatoes were quite disappointing.
The front desk employees could not give me directions both to find the hotel when I called on the phone from my car and to the highway I needed find for my trip home (two different employees).

The property was great so was the staff. The breakfast was top shelf. Enjoyed our stay
I was upset they took the total of my stay out again so they had over $1000.00 of my money and I didn’t get the extra $552.01 back till we checked out needless to say I wasn’t happy

Beds were hard, we had to track down towels. No one cleaned our room for the week. Breakfast foods were not that good. Eggs were terrible ( very fake tasting) I think they could fo better on the breakfast

Parking is challenging when there's a fishing derby in town and the parking lot is crowded with boat trailers.

The lady at the front desk she was rude and checked me on under a wrong name after she took my I'd then called me back to lobby tried to move me

A comfortable place to sit (beside the bed) would have been nice.

the carpet smells a bit moldy, walls were super thin, I could literally hear kids playing all night.

Very clean, soft beds, and the staff were extremely nice and professional.
The pillows were extremely flat and uncomfortable. Need newer or better pillows.
