The bed was comfortable
We chose this hotel because it has an indoor pool and hot tub. The pool water is very cloudy and has what looks to be mold spots all of the bottom, and the jets on the hot tub weren't working, when calling the front desk they said they'd send someone down to check on it and no one ever came. When I asked if we could cancel early, they said it's a new system they weren't sure how and told me to contact booking.com. Also got to whiteness a drug overdose right outside the hotel.

Breakfast was fabulous
The fire alarm went off…..in the hallway way only …not in the rooms…my husband never heard it. There was no one knocking on doors to ensure we evacuated. No staff gave the all clear. Felt unsafe and not valued.

Quality of breakfast was edible - but not anywhere near the quality of an Embassy Suites. The hotel was accessible, clean and the staff was welcoming.
Towels! It would have been lovely to have had at least 3 shower towels in a two person room. Again - breakfast could use improvement

Great location.
Terrible staff on duty, facility is very poorly maintained. For a start no cable TV functioning in the hotel on Day 1, no towels at pool and pool is open to an outside swimming school daily, forever for hot water, cold breakfast (eggs, home fries and sausage), just a nightmare. Staff thought this was all very amusing.

I like the simple fact that I got rest.
The reception from the front desk should have been a more inviting experience. As was mentioned upon my leaving. On the onset, the two staff members were heavily engaged in deep personal conversation. I stood in front for longer than I should've before being properly addressed. As I was the only person checking in at the time. This all took place as the supervising manager was present. In addition, there was a major health condition for me. The staff member took my call and was not as professional as she should have been.

The room was very clean and comfortable but being on a higher floor was not helpful since one of the elevators broke down On the morning of my departure!
I don’t like that they take a $50 Deposit for what they call residuals or incidentals without being very specific what they meant. That tied up the money in my account when I still needed it to be fluid for other uses!

black mold everywhere. The rooms across from ours were being renovated and the walls were covered in black mold. I took photos to share with Hilton. In my opinion the floor (2nd) or the entire hotel should be closed until the black mold is properly felt with. Not putting guests directly across the hall from rooms being gutted, kicking up black mold particulates into the air that guests are breathing in.

Our terrible experience was due to Booking.com, not the hotel. Booking failed to submit our reservation so the hotel was sold out. Booking did the same thing the next night in a different location. I have several emails with confirmation #’s but it didn’t matter. Upon contacting customer service, they had no reason and made no attempt to make up for our ruined vacation.
