The hotel is good quality that is up-to-date. Clean and comfortable stay. Our bed felt especially comfy - fluffy mattress, bedding, and pillows. Not too soft, but more fluffy than I recall most hotels we've stayed at before. I also liked this hotel for its driving distance to Rocky Mountain NP. It's on the end of Boulder which is a reason why we chose it. Comfortable hotel, versus those closer to the NP.

The card readers (or the cards) were weak. Maybe it was just our cards? We fiddled with the cards in the reader to our room and also the back door from the parking lot for a good 30sec each time we wanted to enter.

Breakfast was good. Location was good,easy to find.

We had booked thru Booking.com and paid fully in advance. When we got to the accommodation they charged us again. We spoke to them the next morning and they said they would fix it but instead charged us for another couple of nights. When we left after 3 days it was still showing on our Visa. Eventually was refunded.

The guy who checked us in was very nice. The beds were nice and towels were stocked. Loved the lighting and the AC worked great.

The woman who checked us out was a little rude. Breakfast was not very good. Wish the vending machines were stocked because they were out of water.

Breakfast was excellent. Hot tub and pool were clean. Staff was helpful and friendly.

Even with all of the fans running, the room always felt stuffy and damp. Heavy smell of pot in halls and on elevator.

I did not eat breakfast.

The facility in general was run down. the room was musty and the air conditioner made noise and smelled. There is still carpet in the room and I was leery of walking barefoot as the floor carpet did not look clean.

Lobby area is a bit small.

Beds were clean.

No ice machine on 2nd floor. No accessible outlet for the iron in our room. The pool was not clean. The property smelled musty.

Front desk were very helpful, breakfast was very filling. The bed was amazingly comfortable. Location perfect to where we needed to get to daily. From the outside it looks old but it's definitely upgraded on the inside.

Booking.com was terrible. The hotel never received the booking and I had to the hotel directly. Still waiting for a refund. I will not be using booking.com again
