Breakfast was very good

Me and my girlfriend absolutely loved our stay here. The staff is super awesome, helpful and everyone we encountered was just so nice. Check in was great and we really appreciated the hand made hot chocolate bar (super festive and fun!) and the little note with tips about the hotel. The bartender was very friendly and patient, even though we were very indecisive. The pool was super clean and well kept, and so was our room. Also free cookies, who doesn't love warm cookies???
Honestly, I am an alum/former resident and was in town to see friends so I know Boulder really well. I'm really glad I stayed here, it's easy enough to Uber anywhere in Boulder but opposite direction from "The Hill" (which usually has a bunch of fun loving, loud hooligans). I'd recommend this if you want a quieter stay in general. Whole Foods and Target are also within a short 5 minute walk, so if you forget something you can pop over.
This has nothing to do with the hotel staff or condition, just a small note about the listing. I really wish I knew about the parking ahead of time, Booking.com states "parking on site" but unfortunately it's either paid street parking via ParkMobile or a $25 garage that's a bit away. It's not the worst but I wouldn't inherently call it on site parking.
Just a heads up to folks traveling by car out of town.

The room itself was clean and comfortable.
Everything about the breakfast and its area. Every light above the tables was flickering as if the neon tubes were broken. Unbelievably annoying. First day I thought it was an accident but it never improved, bad management! Breakfast itself was VERY boring, the same every day, low quality and not comparable to breakfasts you get at a hotel in that price range in Europe. Very disappointing. It feel like a vacation hotel but a work trip work horse.

Also we were told that parking was $25 a night, which wasn’t true. Going to their website it said that 1-3 nights are $20, and anything beyond that was $10 a night. Staying for 6 nights that made a big difference. When I approached the front desk with this detail the guy behind the counter seemed surprised!!! How could that be?

The staff was nice the bar was great I had fun talking with all the different people from other states and there occupation the breakfast was so good and no one complained to me about anything this is truly my favorite hotel in Boulder they don't judge and treat everyone with professional kindness I will be staying there again probably for now on when I need a room that's where I will go

Sehr armes fettiges und überzuckertes Frühstück. Amerikanisch halt. Sehr schlechter Kaffee.

Location and amenities
Deposits they don’t make you aware of. We had 300 tied up on credit cards in deposits for parking and incidental fees. We were told three different stories from 3 different employees about why so much was being charged to our card. Other then that it was great

The room was large and well set up with a large sitting area. The indoor pool and hot tub were an added bonus! The breakfast dishes and cutlery are all reusable!
The pillows.

Breakfast was different each day, and there was a wide range of selections. The reception staff were ever so polite, even gave recommendations of good food places.

Excellent location with great staff. The room was a great size with a nice lounging area. Beds were very comfortable and the location was fantastic in Boulder.
Sadly the Jacuzzi didn't work while we were there. But the staff did try and fix it. Otherwise a very pleasant stay.

Spacious room. Great location.
Had difficulty finding ride out of there at 6:00 a.m.

The room was very clean and I was able to obtain a late check out. I left early morning to work and came back to use the wifi and finish packing.
That I could not extend another night as the rooms were full - However, they still showed a room available when I was searching on line?

The property was located off a side street and was quiet. Easy location to travel all over the Boulder area.

Easy check in, nice clean room and comfortable bed. Good, helpful staff. Nice indoor pool, small gym facility and hot tub.
A maintenance worker tried to enter my room at 8am on a Sunday. Apparently thought it was unoccupied. So that was mildly alarming.
Parking was $25 per day - they accidentally charged me x4 instead of x2 but quickly fixed it at check out. Parking is not super convenient to the location, but secure & covered.
Property is not really walkable to Pearl Street Mall area; although a quick drive.

Limited or unavailable hot water for shower. Staff informed that it was due techincal reasons. Room not cleaned 4 days in a row, even after requesting cleaning services.

Staff were very friendly, breakfast was great and the location was awesome.
There was no bike in the fitness center.

the location was 4 min from everything which made that a plus. the breakfast was mediocre compared for the price we paid to stay there. our best western stay had better breakfast with more options. we were originally put in the wrong room so I had to go back downstairs and wait for that correction. the correct room had a great view of the city and mountains! the room itself had 2 beds and a gold out couch. size wise it was decent for the 6 of us. the bathroom had mold in shower and sink. I had higher expectations for that being the price and just in general having a bathroom without mold. I’d probably look at other options if I were to stay in Boulder again. it wasn’t terrible but I don’t feel like the money matched the value.
mentioned above.

Breakfast was adequate. The room was spacious and clean.
I wouldn't consider the parking to be "on-site." It was on the same block but a fair walk from the hotel. If a person had lots of luggage they would need to unload at the front of the hotel before parking. And the cost of $25 per night for parking is rather high. The area seems to lean toward business/industrial so we didn't walk around. Also, our room phone didn't work which caused a few problems. The bathroom was spacious and the shower/toilet was separated by a sliding door from the sink. That can be a good thing but if someone were working at the desk there is no privacy to the sink area. Even though the room was spacious, it seemed designed for a business traveler.

I loved it all!! the atmosphere the location the staff. the rooms were super nice! the pool and hot tub was great- pool could of been a little warmer. decent work out area. the food was wonderful. we stayed just before they were working on upgrading thing- must be amazing now. we stayed a week so the fact that breakfast had changed daily was WONDERFUL!! it’s horrible eating the same nasty eggs and dried biscuits for a week- not here. and the guy who oversaw breakfast was amazing and attentive. I’d stay for breakfast alone.
the parking was different. the parking garage was around the corner- but super safe. idk where you would park if you didn’t pay for the parking garage. but if you think of a full parking lot and having to park in the back I guess it’s not that different.
